River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Do it: Your family and friends will love you for it! River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo with room for up to four guests. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen with updated appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack. You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience. Location. Hotel amenities. Sleeps 4: Main Level: - Master suite: log king bed, private bathroom with shower/tub. (sleeps 2) - Living room: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2) - Bathroom: tub/shower. Special Unit Notes – Please Read: - No Pets / No Smoking. - A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in. - Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. - Parking: 1 underground space total. - No air conditioning. this was the perfect size for us (3). I did not explore the outside areas but was told the hot-tubs, sauna/steamroom were awesome by my daughter. Location was nice as you could hop on the shuttle right outside the door to get to the mountain (quickly) and then ski down 4 O'clock to get home (take off skis and walk across the road). The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pick up and drop off keys at a different location but it was VERY close so not a huge deal. The unit was nice with a comfy king bed. Sofa sleeper had lots of blankets and extra bedding. The unit stayed pretty warm even though we turned heat down. We could have opened windows but didn't need to go that far. They also have a fan and humidifier. Downstairs there is coffee, hot cocoa with some good mix ins (plus tea in the unit and downstairs).

Great location. Close to shuttle to get to lifts and can ski in on Four O’clock trail. The condo was in excellent condition and the building had hotel like amenities like coffee in the morning.

The location was fantastic. Close to Main Street and multiple restaurants. Some of the amenities like the outdoor hot tub and steam room weren’t functional. But otherwise, would stay here again!

Place is 5-10 min walk from the Gondola which is extremely conbineient - even closer to the town shops and restaurants.
We didnt use the amenities but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Conveniently located just a block from Main Street, we could leave the vehicle parked and walk to town. Saves parking fees! We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent our 17 year anniversary here escaping the Kansas heat for a few days. Over all the stay was good. The hot tub was out of order, the fire place on the patio wouldn't light, and there were only candles and no lighter for the fireplace inside. So we didn't have the romantic evening I was hoping for. I had really high hope for this place with such a great location. The only other thing I would complain about is the lack of TV in the bedroom. We like to relax and watch a movie while laying in bed and that wasn't an option. Otherwise perfect location in Breck and good place to stay.

This property is located one block off a the Main Street. It is well maintained and the parking garage is a bonus. It is within walking distance of a major grocery store and numerous bars and restaurants. I highly recommend!

If you are skiing, this is the best location for the price. You can ski back directly across the street from the entrance at the end of the day, and there is a shuttle pick-up directly outside the entrance to start your day. Most of the restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, and there is a ski rental directly behind the condos. The space was perfect for 2 people, but it might be a little cramped with 3 adults. The staff was very professional and friendly. I would absolutely stay again if I went skiing.

Overall loved the apartment, exactly what I needed. Best thing was that you can ski down the mountain on the 4 o'clock run and you come out literally on the opposite side of the street of the River Mountain Lodge. Kitchen was well equipped.
The only reason why I'm giving it one star less is that the temperature control was not working and it was constantly a few degrees too warm in the apartment. The only way to get the temperature down was to open a window which is not environmentally-friendly. This should be addressed and fixed.

Location couldn't be better, walkable to gondola and nice amenities. Parking was a little tight with a large SUV, but manageable. There was an issue with our hvac system during the stay, but the management worked with us to make it right! Would stay here again.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to gondola and downtown shops/restaurants. Shuttle stop in front of complex. Unit was clean and well equipped. Only issue we experienced was it was incredibly warm even with the heat turned down low. We ultimately just opened a window and notified them of the issue with the thermostat. Would definitely rent at this location again.

This apartment is a 1 minute walk to Main Street, the heart of Breck and a 4 minute walk to the main (free) gondola. The place is great for three or four people, my son said the pullout couch was fine. The apartment was very clean but the hot tubs were kinda gross. It looks like they are under construction to add more outdoor hot tubs, so hopefully this will be better in the future. We will be staying again because the location is perfect.

Ski Vacation
The bed was comfortable, something that is hard to find. The pots and pans and dishware were plentiful, but the frying pans need to be replaced, the none stick is flaking off the pans. There were little things that little a maintenance could easily fix. The tub dripped, the left window in the living room would not lock, the sliding glass door would not open, and the place was really hot. I told the management company about the issues, so hopefully they fix them.
There are several busses that stop right in front of the lodge, Black, Brown and Yellow and they take you right to the gondola. 4 O'clock ski run ends right across the street. Walking to town is just a short distance, not more than 5 mins.

The apartment was as expected and in a good location. Only complaint is the parking is incredibly tight. The parking garage gets filled to absolute capacity and I had to fold my mirrors in and have someone back me into the spot and it was difficult to get out of the car after. Kind of annoying, but could be worse.

When walking out the back door of the main building, you are steps away from Main Street. If you need to rent ski equipment or purchase ski apparel, Christy’s Sports Lone Star is right next door. The amenities my family and I enjoyed most at River Mountain Lodge were the outdoor heated pool & hot tub after a long day of skiing. The washer/dryer unit included with this rental was very convenient too.
I would highly recommend this rental. It had all of the amenities described in the listing and the management company, Summit Mountain Rentals, was outstanding!
