Excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Lisbonne, ce qui permet de visiter la ville facilement à pied. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et agréable à vivre. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter !

We addressed a few items with the owner but they did not respond.
The beds were comfortable. The location was pretty good. We found the cost to be high. We were in europe for 3 weeks so compared to that, this unit was not cleaned properly and the price was the highest we paid. The inside of the fridge was dirty. The kitchen was not cleaned. The appliances needed to be wiped clean. The "dripping" problem in the main shower was brought to our attention however, it should be fixed as it drips cold water on you while you shower and you can't move anywhere else in the small shower. The other bathroom was not an alternative as it smelled like urine when the water hit the tub and curtain and the spray was erratic. It was nasty. In the livingroom, something had spilled down the side of the table but it had not been cleaned up. Also the deadbolt lock did not work.

It is very roomy, perfect for a family or pair. Very well cleaned. Beds are comfortable, clean. It seems like it used to be a family living there. It is like home.
Just like home, there are some improvements needed. Especially in showers. The shower curtain smells moisture as all textile shower curtains do in the main bathroom. Needs to be replaced with a better shower solution rather than curtain. The second shower leaks cold water from the upper side on you while showering. Needs repairs or replacement with a more modern one. Garage is designed for normal cars of 1990 so if you are arriving with a large car, be cautious while going down.

Appartement grand. Bonne literie mais propreté douteuse (voir ci-dessous).
Bien placé, proche du centre de Lisbonne.
Parking privé (mais accès serré et compliqué, grosse galère pour des voitures de plus de 4,5 m)
La propreté très limite (voir photos). Cuisine sale. Nous n’avons pas souhaité y faire à manger.
De plus, odeur très suspecte (urine ?) sur un des draps d’une des chambres. Nous avons dû l’ôter pour ne pas avoir de contact sur la peau.
Climatisation vieillissante, très bruyante. Nous avons dû la couper pour la nuit.
Insonorisation très mauvaise entre le salon et l’appartement voisin. Nous avons eu droit au son de la tv du voisin jusqu’à plus d’une heure du matin.
Lors de notre arrivée, une personne était encore en train de faire le ménage (mal visiblement) et deux autres étaient en train de « réparer » la douche…Nous avons dû attendre une heure avant qu’ils partent. La personne qui nous a reçu n’était pas désagréable mais elle a semblé plus préoccupé à l’idée de récupérer les 20 € dus pour la présence d’un animal domestique plutôt
que de s’excuser pour la présence de personnes alors que nous venons d’enregistrer et de prendre les clés. Si l’appartement n’était pas prêt , il fallait nous le dire et repousser le checkin.
