Zentrale Lage mit 12 Minuten Fußweg in den Kurpark und die Innenstadt bzw. 5 Minuten bis zur Therme.

Die helle saubere und durchaus liebevoll Eingerichtete Unterkunft war perfekt im Einklang mit der Umgebenden Natur. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, wir kommen gerne wieder zurück, ins schöne Berchtesgadener Land:)

Prima appartement als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in Berchtesgaden.
Het appartement bevindt zich in een buitenwijk van Bad Reichenhal. Het is een kleurloos flatgebouw. Van binnen echter netjes en op het balkon kun je heerlijk zitten. Het prachtige kuhrpark en centrum bevindt zich op ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen. Het appartement is prima als uitvalbasis voor uitstapjes naar nationaal park Berchtesgaden. De Thumsee bevindt zich op 6 kilometer. Hier kan gezwommen worden. Berchtesgaden, Schönau, Konigsee is ongeveer een half uurtje rijden. Wij hebben ons een week prima vermaakt. Prachtige wandelingen gemaakt o.a bij de Hintersee , Wimbachklamm, boottocht over de prachtige Königsee en wandelen naar de Obersee. Met de kabelbaan naar de Jenner, zwemmen in de Thumsee. S avonds nog een mooie wandeling maaken door het prachtige Kuhrpark in Bad Reichenhal. Bad Reichenhal heeft een leuk/gezellig centrum waar je leuk kunt winkelen en ook met vele restaurants en terrasjes.

Gut ausgestattete Fewo mit schönem Blick auf den Predigtstuhl
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden bei Herrn Bitsch jederzeit wieder buchen. Einzig der Weg bis ins lebhafte „Gastrozentrum“ von Reichenhall ist mit 1,7 km nicht direkt um die Ecke.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zu Dritt für 10 Tage in der Wohnung zu Gast. Alles hat wunderbar gepasst. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und wurde offensichtlich auch mal modernisiert. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man so braucht, vor allem Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, extra Decken usw.
Ich würde mir nur wünschen man bekäme mehr als einen Wohnungsschlüssel.
Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, Einkaufen und Restaurants, aber auch Joggingstrecke und Skateparcours.
Wenn es uns mal wieder in diese Gegend zieht, nehmen wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Wohnung.

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Die Wohnung war genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Sehr, sehr sauber, alles piccobello! Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es gut darin aushalten!
Die Lage ist perfekt: zum Supermarkt sind es weniger als 10min zu Fuß, zum Stadtzentrum ist es ein ca. 20 minütiger Spaziergang. Die Wandergebiete lassen sich bestens erreichen. Daher: alles wunderbar!

Solide eingerichtete, geräumige Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Hervorragende Matratzen mir gutem Bettzeug. Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Wasserdruck in der Dusche leider zu schwach.

Schöne Fewo mit kurzer 25 minutiger Anfahrt ins Skigebiet in Lofer und Unken
Wir haben über Sylvester 19/20 eine wunderbare Woche in der Fewo verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr umfangreich, alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt.
Die Fewo liegt in der 1 Etage eines Miethauses, was wir aber nicht als Nachteil empfunden haben. Der Carport war perfekt, wir mussten am Morgen vor der Fahrt ins Skigebiet nicht die Scheiben unseres Van enteisen !
Schnelles Wlan, perfekt ausgestatte Küche mit umfangreichen Utensilien ließen an nichts missen. Das Bad war eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos einsehbar, es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden für unsere Woche. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bitsch war unkompliziert, die gesamte Reiseabwicklung von Anfang bis Ende durchorganisiert. Wir können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen, der eine Ausgangsbasis für Ski und Sommerurlaub sucht. Vielen Dank! Wir empfehlen gerne weiter!

Hervorragend ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die bei unsere Anreise supersauber und liebevoll dekoriert war. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da sowohl Geschäfte als auch Innenstadt und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Herbsturlaub in Bad Reichenhall
Knapp eine Woche Urlaub in Bad Reichenhall sind schon rum, die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der B20 in einem Reihenmehrfamilienhaus, dennoch aber sehr ruhig gelegen! Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man findet wirklich alles vor, was man braucht. Gut, höchstens einen Eierkocher noch, damit man nicht extra einen Topf aufsetzen muss (E-Herd ohne Cerankochfeld). Als Hinweis für weitere Gäste sei zu erwähnen, dass man, wenn man selbst kochen möchte, am besten die Gewürze und Öl selbst mitbringt, vor Ort sind Salz und gemahlener Pfeffer. So muss man nicht unbedingt alles vor Ort neu kaufen. Betten/Matratzen waren auch sehr bequem und da man überall Außenjalousien hat, konnte man die Räume auch sehr gut abdunkeln und sehr gut nächtigen. W-Lan hat super funktioniert und eine Waschmaschine befindet sich auch direkt mit im Bad (geht aus der Beschreibung so nicht eindeutig hervor ^^)! Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt und falls es mal wieder nach Bad Reichenhall oder Umgebung geht würden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen aus dem Emsland......

Bad Reichenhall ist eine Reise wert.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir fanden sie in einem sehr sauberen Zustand vor. Die Wohnung liegt günstig für Ausflüge und sonstige Unternehmungen. Zum Einkaufen (Aldi, Edeka) sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß.
Die Wohnung kann man weiter empfehlen.

loved this apartment that had everything we needed, was sparkling clean and comfortable for our family, and walking distance to the thermal spa that we enjoyed visiting very much, after a day of exploring the area.

Bad Reichenhall is so charming---a smallish town with most of the amenities you need. It is very wellness oriented, so there are spas, massage therapists, and physical therapists. We booked a place here with a desire to visit Salzburg--only 12 km away---and found this place so much more charming. Salzburg seemed very touristy --- overly focused on chain store shopping.
We were greeted by Anett, the in town contact, who is very charming and welcoming. This owner does not have easy credit card payments set up, so we paid in cash---no problem, but we were a little nervous because we could not see our itinerary on HomeAway for this unit. Anett was very helpful in getting us situated. We had some issues with the wifi to start, got it resolved, only to find out that some restriction set up by the owner does not allow us to make wifi calls to the states. This was a big deal for us, as we had our son recently discharged from a 10 day stay in the hospital and were nervous about his recovery. We could not call home. The T Mobile store in town told us that we could not get a German data chip unless we had an EU passport. We normally travel with a hot spot (very convenient when we get lost in a new town or city by turning it on and using Google maps! Also, if the wifi is not good at a place we are staying, it is still an alternative) and were very dismayed at this new 'law' that would not allow travelers to use wifi hot spots. Well, with most things new, it turns out there was a misinterpretation. We visited "Handy Lainer" in town and he was helpful, brilliant, and very welcoming and he got us fixed up just fine---but this was four days later. For any cellular needs, see him in his shop on Kaiserplatz in town.
We would love to return to Bad Reichenhall! This unit is very clean and had all the amenities needed, with the exception of wifi that met our needs. There is a very nice covered parking spot close to the unit. The furniture is comfortable too with a pretty good TV. There is some traffic noise from a highway, but it is not too bad. In general, we would stay here again, but would be better prepared to meet our particular needs. Oh! And be sure to pack shopping bags---there is a charge at the grocery store for bags. We liked Edeka and Aldi, but shopped at Edeka more. Another bonus---it is close to the apartment and so is the Train station. All in all, a very nicely situated apartment is a very, very lovely town.
