Nestled in Brickell, this attractive condo for $160 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Iconic Views Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. With an open concept plan, a single-wall kitchen housing sleek cabinets, Wolf appliances, and a SubZero refrigerator, you will definitely feel back at home. This home has balcony access in which you can enjoy views of Biscayne Bay down to South Beach from both the living room and bedroom. You will also have access to a shared pool and hot tub. Now known as the Manhattan of the South, Brickell is home to Miami’s financial district, along with the biggest concentration of international banks, big corporations, real estate companies, and law firms. In contrast to South Beach, Brickell tends to be more buttoned-up during the daytime, yet there are still plenty of spots to eat, drink and relax alongside beautiful Biscayne Bay. Things to know Parking notes: No parking available. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Nothing like advertised. Huge urine stains on the sofa (2 big stains). No hot water in the shower and the flat was dirty. My parents had travelled from the Uk for xmas and were really disappointed. Not a good experience for the price

This property is poorly managed. The check-in process to the Icon itself is simple enough. You have to have a sponsor (property manager) meet you at the front desk to check you in and give you the key and fab for the elevator. However, if you don’t know the process then communication with the property manager of your unit is critical. Our sponsor was sporadic with communication, showed up ten minutes late without notice, waited for us to get checked in, gave us the key, and then immediately left without saying anything else. We had to ask someone where the elevators were and confirm we had what we needed to get in the room (because the check-in instructions on their website is different than what they actually were).
The room is basic. Lightbulbs were missing from lamps, the hairdryer was broken, the TV in the bedroom was missing from the wall. Expect bare minimum. The only real positive is the view, but there are plenty of other units at the Icon with similar or better views run by better property managers.

Inside the property it was nice and tidy. My only complaint was we noticed that the blinds would not close in the bedroom. We called and they said someone would be out to fix it. My husband had to take the blind apart so that we didn’t have to sleep with people looking in on us. They never came to fix it. There were missing lightbulbs in the bedroom and the kitchen lights did not work above the stove or under the cabinets. All of them were burnt out.
The checkout process was difficult as well. The instructions that were given online were not correct so we were advised to leave the keys behind on the counter leaving the apartment unsecured.

You can’t beat the location! We walked to all the restaurants, shopping center, and the Whole Foods store. Felt very safe! Took a quick 10-15 min Lyft to Miami Beach.
The apartment itself was pretty good. Some suggestions would be: clean the couch it smells like feet, the bathroom vent is broken, you can hear the construction on the new building to the left but wasn’t too bad, and the bedroom sliding door wouldn’t open.
The building was a little older than I thought it would be. Like the hallways looked a little dated, but it’s fine. However, this building has the largest pool and good gym.
I know It sounds like I’m complaining but just wanted to give my constructive criticism, but I would totally stay here again. The location is amazing! I miss Miami already!

We will always stay here when we come thru Miami. The apartment is beautifully decorated, the location is perfect (walking distance to cafes, parks, shops and restaurants) and the amenities are incredible (spa, pool, gym, etc). Highly recommended!

Perfectly appointed and located
Spectacular wide-open view of Biscayne Bay and very attractive and comfortable condo that was an oasis of relaxation. Brickell is THE location; you can walk to Brickell Key, Brickell City Center, to Bayside, and the MiamiMover or trolley can take you to the Design District or the museums or the Arsht Center for free. Fabulous restaurants and Miami Beach is a water taxi or LYFT away. Great two weeks.

Beautiful view with public transportation nearby
Generally good and most things we needed were available except that we couldn't cook as we expected. We bought a skillet and pot to do a few things. The thermostat was erratic and no one in the building could help us. This wouldn't have been bad except it got cold. Fortunately there were several blankets available. We did enjoy watching the activity in the port and the beautiful ocean views. This was an excellent location and we weren't able to use public transportation from the airport and only walk one block
