My stay met my needs for just one night. The elevator did take exceptionally long, so I climbed 5 flights of stairs. Not sure if one was broken, but if it was a notice on the door would’ve been nice. It was a bit noisy even though we were in a residential area. It was very close to the stadium.

We only stayed one night before a cruise. The staff were so friendly when we arrived. We stayed on the eighth floor and could see the ocean. The room was spotless. I don’t choose or rate hotels based on free breakfast but if breakfast is important to you, the breakfast was mediocre.

Spent one night for an event in miami and the location was perfectly situated. The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean with all the amenities needed. We lounged by the pool which had such a beautiful view.

Short stay in Brickell. Free transport nearby into Downtown Miami, and free Trolley Bus back from Coral Gables. Hotel was really clean, very comfy room, and staff were super helpful. Would recommend.

What a great experience i wish they had more like a microwave or a coffe maker on the rooms intesd to go to the lobby but everything else was good

Wonderful hotel, great staff! Very clean, and rooms great. Bed a little stiff, and only ice machine third floor near exercise area did not make sense. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend to anyone!

Wanted to be city adjacent and this was perfect. Safe neighborhood and a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Having to pay for the parking on top of high night price is little much. Help is friendly but not real motivated. Tend to be on their phone a lot while people are waiting to be helped

Nice updated hotel. Have stayed in other tru Hilton before and was very happy with this chain. Staff was wonderful and helpful with things to do when original plans changed due to weather. Would stay again

The TRU was in a safe, walkable location that met all our needs. The room size was perfect and quiet. The breakfast offerings met our needs and were tasty. The friendly staff answered all our questions and made great suggestions for restaurants. We will be back and Will recommend to others.

This hotel is wonderful! In addition to cleanliness, the pillows were fantastic. They aren’t like regular hotel pillows as these ones have a softness to them as well. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Miami.

Really loved the set up for shampoo, body wash, lotions in the bathroom and shower areas of our room. Great selection of breakfast items and the staff was really good about cleaning after someone got up from a table. Would love to stay here again.

This is not a bad place to stay. The whole “reduced housekeeping” thing they are doing now puts me off a little. They have apparently reduced staff and only do room makeup, towels, emptying trash when you ask. That’s fine, except that when we asked for our room to be made up after a few days the housekeeper didn’t show up until nearly 5pm the next day. By then we were all back in the room. We emptied our own trash, made the beds and just asked for towels. None of this is fatal but it’s just not the Hilton I am used to. Parking is $35 per day, breakfast is usual hotel breakfast (no complaints there). This really isn’t a bad place to stay. I wish the staff was a little more energetic but that seems to be the way things are these days. For the price I probably would stay somewhere else next time.

Great Location, friendly service, clean, walkind distance to DT (Brickell area), surrounded by good dinning options. The only issue I had is the fact that parking fee was not clearly disclosed on the site when I did my booking. It is not a reasonable additional fee.

the technology at the property is very good the breakfast was good. the option for dinner is limited to snacks and sandwiches. the staff seems helpful. however, my iPhone 8 when missing between the driver of the cab loading my carry-on and my checking in at the airport. both my wife and I found it strange that after arranging my luggage he proceeded to place something in the front of the vehicle leaving the trunk door open and when asked about this he remained silent after a short while he returned to the rear of the vehicle and close the door. he is well known to the staff and drives a black suv with damage to the right rear door lower area.I reported the incident to the reception desk on my arrival in Trinidad and was promised an investigation and a follow-up email .After 4 days i still have not received any.

Great location, convenient, but not a lot of parking, only valet. It was a great service as well. We only had a rental for one day so it worked out, $35 per day. The food/snacks were good. The bed slept well, and the room was nice and clean. The shower pressure could be a little better but it was hot so still served it's purpose before getting on our cruise. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel is definitely no frills, very basic, good for a 1 night stay. The pool is good for a quick dip but not one you would spend the day relaxing at…overall very basic.

Young ladies at work the desk were very nice and helpful. The food was somewhat OK if there was any improvement in the hotel, I would say it would be the food but we were OK.
