Easy checkin, Patricio was very helpful. He stowed our luggage until the room was ready as we arrived early. Every staff member we encountered greeted us and were kind.

The hotel facilities and rooms are trendy and colorful but closer look and it’s just not very clean. The tile grout in the shower and the door were very calcified and grimey. Beds were hard and the two pillows provided were small and flat. Great location and view from balcony. Would only stay here again if it was the cheapest option in Brickell.

Stayed 2 nights and really enjoyed this property. The rooms are spacious and clean and the balcony is an added bonus.

It was soo cold, I couldn’t turn the heat on and had to sleep with clothes on. Then the shower was freezing as well.

We stay in miami a lot for cruises and this was the first time here. The hotel itself is modern, funky, clean, good sized rooms and great staff. The metro mover / trains were a short walk so you could get to a lot of places on public transport. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend. Definitely use again.

The property was fine for two night's the third night disastrous from 8-9at night road work started across the street all night tar cutting beeping backup equipment very noisy all night no sleep it was that bad very disappointed. To me last night was disappointing will not stay there again I feel a credit is due even if we split the difference if not refund the night. This will be the end of me booking with expedia if the something doesn't. Thanks Gary Cuomo

Very close to a fire station so it was noisy all night. Air conditioner was very loud and we had loud neighbors so we did not sleep well at all. On a positive note- the location is great if you are going on a cruise. And, the hotel and room was clean

Nice property surronded by alot of new construction. It made for a nosiy experience. Overall the hitel is nice and ckean newly renovated. Full bar and outdoor pool was a plus

Great location- access too everything. However this aloft was not in the nicest of conditions and the shower didn’t look as clean. Additionally, the service was lackluster with me having to leave my room to go place a breakfast order while being in the middle of a meeting.

Check in was smooth. They allowed me to check in at 11am instead of 3pm. My flight got in early. This hotel was quiet and clean. Pool was clean. I just suggest that the hotel offer and choice of hot food.

Nice and clean. Not a fan of the shower situation. Everything you need but why does the floor have to get wet. Walls are thin, you can hear a lot. But its very nice otherwise. Great service from the staff.

King balcony room for 2 adults with 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth and a bath mat. 2 small rolls of toilet paper. The shower head fell off when we turned the shower head. Room 910 needs overhaul. We arrived at 3 for check in and got in room at 3:20. Pool hours extremely limited. Bar not open. Sad.

as a dog lover - the water bowls on the driveway to enter from the valet parking - was such a caring aspect that had such a welcoming effect - we were traveling with our little dog - but still projected well on the hotel.

I loved the property, the only thing i didnt like was there was no where to set/sit my soap in the shower. No shelf, i just stayed in the Aloft in Tulum and their shower had one, so did Aloft in Atlanta. We had to sit it on the ledge on the floor/door way/floor and kept bending over to handle ot between uses.

I love how everything was very close by! I can walk to my favorite restaurant in a matter or minutes! And transportation was easy! The view from my balcony suite was impeccable! I will stay here again!
