Great Stay with Minor Parking Drawback - We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel during our Miami Beach vacation and had an enjoyable experience overall. Location – Great location with close proximity to downtown Miami and Bayside Marketplace. Miami Beach is just about a 15-minute drive, which made it very convenient for us. Cleanliness – The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. Rooms and common areas were well maintained. Property Condition & Amenities – The hotel looks quite new with a modern and stylish design. Amenities were impressive, including a 24-hour coffee station which we really enjoyed, and a free ice vending machine on the 3rd Floor. The room was comfortable with cozy beds. The mini fridge was very useful for us. Hospitality – Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our overall stay smooth. Breakfast – (10/10) The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options including breads, bagels, fresh pancakes, cereals, oatmeal, chicken & pork sausages, scrambled eggs, whole fruits, yogurt, and different juices. Parking (Only Downside) - The only drawback was the valet parking, which costs $35 per night. It is managed by a third-party company, and the hotel does not take responsibility/liability for any issues related to the vehicle. While the valet staff were generally responsive, it was somewhat inconvenient to access items from the car since we didn’t have the keys with us and had to request assistance each time.

I came from Orlando for the best of the best concert in Miami memorial Day weekend. Here's the gag and nobody tells you. Incidentals was $45 a night. There is no I repeat no on-site parking valet only. That's $35 a night 24/7 valet in which they'll gladly take from your $45 a night incidental fee. Street parking in front and around the hotel it's $3.85 an hour with the max of 10 hours. Is through an app you have to download there is absolutely no parking that doesn't cost. That would have been useful information for me before I booked this hotel. I never stayed at a hotel who didn't have some sort of free parking even if it was street parking. On a better note they do serve you a hot breakfast included pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal and yogurt. There's also pool table in the lobby that was unexpected fun.I wouldn't even say the staff was necessarily friendly but if you have a question they'll answer it I mean they're not rude but customer service could be better. Overall 7 out of 10.
