It includes a queen size sofa bed in the living room and is is uncommonly well equipped, including its kitchen and walk-in closet, refined furniture and complements, two TVs, one HD Smart LED TV (watch 100+ channels including HBO and Showtime as well as Netflix, Prime, Hulu...), really fast and free Wi-Fi (100MB), full size washer/dryer, Italian cabinets, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero and Bosch, as well as solid black granite counters. Design and cleanliness are of utmost importance to us. The apartment includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc, that you may need. Among the electronics, you will find toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board) and vacuum cleaner. We also include two bath robes -to go to the wet and dry saunas-, towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo & conditioner and hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets , comforter & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

This unit in the same building as the W Hotel is on a high floor with a great view over the pool and the bay. Everything was exactly as promised as it was easy to take advantage of the amenities, including the great pool, spa, and fitness center of the W Hotel and Icon Residences. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay wasn’t perfect, there were very loud neighbors, playing music all night. Building security didn’t care to come up and investigate until I sent them the exact room number of the source. But beyond that I didn’t have any problem. It’s not the owners fault, but just know that this is a building with a lot of short-term rentals and random guests like that happen to stay there… The apartment itself is fantastic, has all the amenities necessary for a stay, and has a breathtaking view of the Miami river and bay.

Gorgeous room, beautiful view, great location. The host was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions or just needed some recommendations to eat or go out to. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. We can’t wait to come back to Miami.

The space, decor, and views in this unit are great and the managers are very good communicators. The bed/pillows could be a tad better and there is vague elevator noise because o the position of the unit.

Management is very friendly and responsive. I wish they would install a grab bar in the shower in this unit- it’s a tub/shower combo and the step in is high and wide. I’m not mobility-limited, but everything is slippery when wet and I had to be careful not to slip.

Everything about the place looked clean until we found roaches in a kitchen cabinet…. I text a video to the host and it took hours before they switched us to a new unit, which ruined an entire day of a short vacation. Though they switched us to a bigger unit that was unoccupied anyway, they acted like this was some huge favor they did us when switching us was obviously necessary. They made no additional effort to reconcile the ordeal (despite begging us not to give them a bad review…), not even agreeing to refund $50 in parking fees. When I expressed this disappointment in service to the host she told me that if I didn’t like it, I can vacate the property within the hour for a refund. Bare minimum in terms of customer service in my opinion. You can tell this building just churns out Vrbo guests (hence the roaches) and is beginning to look run down. I’d avoid staying at this location. It felt gross and tacky in every way.
