Vehicles must be tagged with contact info for rearrangment. Rental Policies: In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement. Arrival/Departure: Summer Check Ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm Off Season Check Ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm Check Out is by 10 AM. We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure. Electronic Entry House Rules: No events such as weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sororities/fraternities No Smoking Pet Policy: No pets allowed Cancellation Policy: - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking - After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee - After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re rented. If premises are re rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee. Things To Do: Adventure awaits. Only thing I would change is maybe a grab bar in one of the showers.

The condo was well appointed and exactly as advertised, EXCEPT there was only parking for one vehicle per unit, and this was tight. You parked in lanes under the units, with three cars per lane. If you were in the middle, you had to call the cars on the ends to get out. Fortunately, this was not a problem as the units were not full, but if you came during peak season it could be problematic. Otherwise, it was a lovely unit, and reasonably clean.

Great property with everything we needed and a great location. Only complaint is the cleaning crew kept hovering over us for about 2 hours before the checkout time.

Everything was wonderful! The place was well stocked, very clean, all the space we needed with two adult sons. The view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular, and I loved the location where we could walk pretty much everywhere. Only negative was the tandem parking. Everyone worked together with it, but it was something we had to always be aware of and plan around.

The condo was in a perfect location for fun and food. The ocean view from the deck was amazing! Fully stocked kitchen and very cutely decorated condo. We loved our stay. Lots of special touches and cozy atmosphere.

The condo was exceptionally clean. It was very comfy for the 5 of us. I didn’t realize it had it had an outdoor closet, where chairs and the umbrella are. I also didn’t look in the chest where they had sand toys. Next time, it can be less packing! It was very nice and accommodating. I always bring games and they had some already for us. My kids say it was a 10 out of 10. I just say it’s wonderful any very convenient.

We loved the property! It's right on the beach with great views. I think we spent half of our time there on the large balcony. We loved that you could access the balcony directly from the bedroom. The condo was well equipped but our visit was short. We could not figure out how to use the coffee maker... maybe leave directions for the single cup side. We used it as an excuse to take a walk to the coffee shop close-by.
Also, recommend that if you park in the first spot, put your phone number on the pass so that its easy to coordinate with other guests.

We have stayed at this property before and had another wonderful experience vacationing in Carolina Beach. This unit is ideal for perfect ocean views and a quiet beach area. Everything was as it was described in the listing, and the linens being provided is always a plus. The unit was cleaned thoroughly and smelled so good when we walked in.

Amazing get away
This rental had everything you could ever need. The view is amazing! So close to the boardwalk and much more. Had an incredible time here. (Warning to future renters if you have paddleboards you will not be able to get them up the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor and there is no storage on the ground level. We had to purchase a strap to keep them secure to the top of our car)Parking was a little frustrating, but mostly not an issue due to not being very crowded. Overall loved every moment of the visit and would stay again anytime.

Our little condo was cute and clean..main complaint is the access to the beach is so narrow because it’s overgrown with brush so only one person fits through causing traffic jam…if one person is coming through you have to go back and stop until they walk through and it’s awkward and annoying.

Three sets of stairs were a lot but the View was beautiful . The deck was where we spent most of our time . Pool was an extra bonus . The four flights of stairs to the unit might deter some, but the view from that top floor was great. The location near restaurants and steps from the beach was ideal. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful Unit
The unit 3C was beautiful and the sea coast rentals was very easy to work with. The building itself needed some updates especially, the pool furniture. Also, the parking was nothing that I had experienced before and people need to understand the term “tandem” parking because I did not.

Condo was very nice and was decorated for a perfect beach feel. Would have liked an umbrella at the table outside since on top floor but was not a big deal. Awesome view. My family and I had an great time!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Super clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy (got a text with a code when available). Only feedback/concern was with the pool as I did not ever see anyone monitoring chlorine levels or cleaning the pool area.

Amazing oceanfront getaway stay
What a beautiful place and stay at this property! The location is super convenient for adults and kids alike for hauling your belongings down to the beach and walking to restaurants and the boardwalk! Loved the colors and beach decor throughout. We would stay here again in the future!

Very Spacious and Clean
The condo is very clean and spacious. We were very happy with that. We loved the option to see the sound and to be ocean front. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials which makes for easy cooking in and making cocktails. Everything as in working the tv and how to checkout and how to leave the condo was written out and very well explained. I had only a couple of suggestions to make this condo even better. 1)replace the mattresses with a more comfortable mattress or add a topper of some sort for comfort. 2)put an umbrella on the table on the porch overlooking the beach. The sun beats down and that would allow some shade. We enjoyed eating out there. The table would need an umbrella hole. :)
Also I’d like to add for informational purposes...that the tandem parking is not one tunnel per condo. You can park where ever you’d like mixed in with other renters, always pulling forward and you must be available at all times in case you need to let someone out. The parking pass in your window has your phone number on it so someone can reach you to move your car. We didn’t like that at first BUT it was never a problem. It somehow always worked out.
Overall, I would recommend this condo.

Condo is amazing. Very clean, right on the beach, and large pool right down the stairs. We walked to the boardwalk several times, and we watched the boardwalk fireworks from our balcony. We had a great week!

Wonderful beach getaway
Our first impression of this property was when we slid open the door to enter the living room and were immediately greeted with a pleasant, fresh scent. Everything was clean, and exactly as it was described in the VRBO listing. The view of the ocean from the deck was spectacular, and even the bayside view from the kitchen and guest room was interesting with gorgeous sunsets and striking boats docked there. Check-in and check-out were simple with the keyless entry. Our one complaint that really couldn't be avoided was the tandem parking that could make driving off the property time-consuming. If we were parked in, we needed to contact the other car's owner to move and trust that they would respond quickly. Regardless of that, we really didn't need to drive often, since the condo was so close to restaurants and the boardwalk. We were also able to use Door Dash for food delivery. The public beach access was directly to the side of the building, so getting to the beach was easy. The condo's pool was conveniently located and clean as well. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach - the people we met on the beach and around the condo were all friendly, and the beach experience was absolutely enjoyable. We would book this condo again!

What an amazing place! We were new to Carolina Beach and loved every inch. The condo was exactly as in the listing, within walking distance to everything and spotless. We will be grabbing it for next June for sure. I give it 6 stars!

Only got to visit beach for a few days this summer and this condo was perfect for us! The view was awesome from balcony and could see the marina from the kitchen. Everything was there that we needed. Will definitely stay again!
