Wonderfully welcoming and attentive staff. Really fun decor and atmosphere - both in room and in common areas. Very comfortable room and amenities, and very good selection of on-site dining.
The breakfast options were a bit limited. At the least, a little flexibility on mixing the options within the menu would have been nice (i.e., they were hesitant to give us spinach with our scrambled eggs, because that was an item only offered with eggs benedict!)

Good value for money, staff always helpful and good breakfast
Valet parking is pretty non existent, every time we go to this hotel. When we check out we have to lug all our suitcases down into the basement to collect our car (so its not valet). On check in after 3pm valet is available but in the mornings you can never find the valet attendants after you check out. We spoke to hotel who says its outsourced, so guessing there needs to be a rethink on who they use, as they are useless and when you've got big suitcases to wander around the car park after check out to look for your car, its not good. Also there is smoking in all the bars which in this day and age is unbelievable, smoking is bad for your health including passive smoking as we all know. Not good for kids, asthma sufferers etc. If you don't like being in a smokey atmosphere dont stay here, we will no longer be staying here after coming here 5 times now. The refusal from the hotel to deal with this is shocking, blaming it on the 3rd party bar providers. Most hotels have non-smoking bars as an optoin but not at this one. Be warned. Shame as we love the hotel but will now be choosing elsewhere with smoke-free options. Its a very out-dated attitude for a hotel to have unfortunately.
