I regularly book Stella Stays because I love their prime locations, excellent facilities, and smooth overall check-in process.

Room for improvement with last-minute bookings. They need to prioritize responding faster to customers who book same-day or last minute, as getting access details can be delayed. Additionally, their mobile app has failed to work for me on several occasions and needs a solid tech update. Overall, great property, but urgent communication need refining

Comfort & Cleanliness: The entire building and the apartment itself were spotless and very spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable—I had amazing sleep throughout our stay! Facilities: The water pressure in the bathroom was great, and the apartment had everything needed to make it feel genuinely livable. Community Vibe: I loved that the building hosts community activities! They invited everyone to a watch the World Cup event while we were there, which was a really nice touch and made the building feel welcoming. Parking: On-site parking is available in the building. It is a bit tricky to navigate at first, but very convenient once you get the hang of it. Shops & Delivery: The location is fantastic! There are convenience stores within easy walking distance, and getting food delivery directly to the building is super quick and hassle-free. Mall Access: There is a mall very close by that you can actually walk to. I really fell in love with this area/neighborhood, it's such a great place to stay! Check-in instructions and property details were very clear, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We initially didn't know what to expect, but this place is ideal for both short visits and long term stays. We will definitely book here again in the future and are even considering it for a long-term option. Highly recommended!

Nice pool & gym, good wifi, kitchen well equipped, walking distance to restaurants. Good communication, helpful staff. Did offer to come wash the floors but not convenient for us.

Horrid location for traffic, avoid this area! access is hard due to traffic coming & going from this neighborhood. Added 30 mins of sitting in traffic every time we drove somewhere, both in the morning and at night. Bad mattresses, floors not washed, stained towels, apartment felt used and in need of a rehab. Funky check-in where you have to go to the apartment to get the parking pass before you can park, not practical due to lack of street parking. Finally, like many areas of Dubai, there is a construction site directly across from the apartment, meaning noise starts at 6am and finished after 10pm.
