I liked the property because it was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and in a convenient location. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant
Overall, my experience with the reception team was good, but I did have an issue with one male receptionist.
When my partner checked in on the first day, everything went smoothly. However, when I checked in myself the second time, the experience was quite different. His attitude and communication were not very professional, and I found his service to be rather poor.
I did not notice his name, but he was a male receptionist. I am planning to stay at the property again tomorrow, so I am a little concerned about what kind of service I may receive if I have to deal with him again.
That said, I would also like to mention that the female receptionist was very polite, friendly, and professional. I had a much better experience with her.

The room was smelling strange.
Dishes wre not done by house keeping.
No dish soap, no cloth etc for kitchen... so how are we supposed to use it?
No proper tv channels except for news channels
