Lovely clean hotel, nice clean room, very big room. Looks exactly like the pictures on the website. spotless bathroom, friendly staff. All good
There was a weird smell in the hallway, I was on the 7th floor, I don't know if it was on all floors. It was kind of a musty smell. I mentioned it to the staff who acted like they didn't notice any smell and said maybe it was chlorine from the pool. But it wasn't chlorine. Anyway, it was a very minor point. Also the location is a little far away from the main things like Dubai Marina and Dubai Mall. HOWEVER, there is a free shuttle bus to both places its just that it was too early for me. Not the faut of the hotel. Its just that I don't want to get up so early when I'm supposed to be on vacation so I ended up getting taxis.

the amenities are great especially the kiddie pool. My baby really enjoyed.
the refrigerator in our room was emitting noisy sound at night. We thought there was a construction on-going at the middle of the night. That had caused us difficulty in getting soundly sleep.

Available self Parking !
I felt that the money I paid was not worthy for the stay and services provided … despite I booked via booking.com 10 days before stay … I was disappointed that the rate was lower rate in the same day and the hotel management refused to make any upgrade despite I informed them that I paid a lot and they said sorry you booked via a third party which is booking.com !!
