We had a lovely stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our time here. It’s the second time we’ve selected this place for a short vacay. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and I would especially like to mention Daniel from the reception team, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. His warm and welcoming attitude really made a positive impression on us.
One area that I feel could be improved is the Kids Club. During our first stay, the Kids Club was much better equipped and more engaging for children. There were staff members actively entertaining and interacting with the kids, as well as a good selection of toys and crafts available for them to enjoy.
During this stay, we noticed that there were fewer activities and toys available, which made the Kids Club less engaging for the children. It would be wonderful if the hotel could bring back more toys, crafts, and supervised activities, as this was something we really appreciated during our first visit.

Loved the reception they are very helpful staff especially Daniel, wonderful time and the rooms are very clean and beautiful, would recommend this place any day.

Cold breakfast every single morning. Hotel isolating middle of nowhere.. you need a bus or taxi every time you go out. We paid for upgrade to beach club… was a complete waste of money… it’s a 30 min journey on a free bus if you want to go at 10am… otherwise it’s a taxi ride away… never saw that on booking.com FOOD IS TERRIBLE
