This hotel exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The facilities are outstanding — there's a well-equipped gym, a lovely swimming pool, and even a supermarket and pharmacy on-site, open 24 hours, which made everyday convenience effortless.
The property itself is spotless and beautifully maintained throughout. Our room was spacious and gorgeous, with plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day out.
Overall, a fantastic stay — highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and cleanliness all in one place!
As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say the customer service here is some of the best I've ever experienced. Check-in was the fastest I've ever had at any hotel — smooth and effortless from the moment I arrived.
What really stood out was the staff. Every single employee, without exception, greeted us warmly whenever we crossed paths. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive throughout our stay.
This is, without a doubt, the best Marriott property I've ever stayed at. Truly exceptional hospitality

Our 8-night stay at Marriott Hotel Production City, Dubai, with family and coworkers was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived, the property impressed us at every turn. Our room was spacious and inviting, the facilities offered everything we needed, and the location made exploring Dubai a breeze. Every corner sparkled with cleanliness, and we felt we received excellent value for our money. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and consistently delivered attentive service.
We are especially grateful to Tsheltrim and Pratima from the restaurant staff, whose heartfelt attention to our son made every meal a highlight of our trip. Their gentle patience and kindness were always evident, as they found creative ways to make him feel at ease and bring a smile to his face. Each morning, he looked forward to breakfast, excited for the thoughtful surprises they had in store. This genuine care transformed our stay from simply enjoyable to truly unforgettable, reflecting the dedication and warmth of the entire team. After all, a child's happiness is the greatest gift for any parent.
All in all, our experience was fantastic for families and small groups alike, and we would happily return for another memorable stay.
