About this house rental
Loft completely renovated with a private swimming pool reserved for holidaymakers in the loft (Not shared) on 2500 m² of fully enclosed wooded land (Opening of the portal by badge).
Located in the town of Challans on the road to Saint Jean de Monts about ten kilometers from the beaches (Saint Jean de Monts, Saint Hilaire de Riez and Saint Gilles cross of life).
Parking inside the property.
The LOFT of 76 m² with a crawling height of more or less 4 m is composed of an equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer and a large bedroom which includes a large KING SIZE bed for 2 people and 2 90 beds.
Separate WC +, shower room and vanity unit.
A garden furniture under veranda is available as well as a garden table and armchairs located near the swimming pool for meals taken outside.
If you come by train, line 170 will take you directly in front of the La Morinière stop. This line serves Machecoul, La Garnache, Challans, Saint Jean de Monts, Notre Dame de Monts and la Barre de Monts (See routes in photos and timetables).
A must try the Market in the town of Challans (Line 170 "Le Champ de foire") which takes place twice a week. You can cook fresh market products on site thanks to the equipped kitchen. Abundance of local products in the region.

The price indicated is for 2 people, it is necessary to add 10 euros per day and per person beyond 2. Number of residents limited to 4.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une très belle maison, avec un jardin magnifiquement décoré et une piscine de rêve. C'est une maison pour des vacances en famille très réussie, des diners avec la plancha pour profiter des produits locaux, proches de villes "touristiques" (St Jean de Monts, St Gilles Croix de Vie, Noirmoutier), mais au calme, loin de la foule. Notre hôte a été adorable, disponible, très discrète et sait parfaitement prendre soin de ses locataires. nous gardons cette adresse précieusement et vous la recommandons sans soucis.
Merci encore, de bons souvenirs en mémoire.

Maison fonctionnelle.
Très bonne literie. Linge de maison très propre.
Environnement calme
Seul petit bémol la piscine non chauffé
Mais en pleine saison cela n’est qu’un détail si le soleil et la chaleur sont là.
Propriétaire très discrète
Et les petits croissants avant le départ fut fort apprécié de tous
