About this cottage rental
A 19th-century village house, fully renovated in 2020. This former notary's house is located near the village shops and a leisure area (with a pond) within walking distance, offering day fishing, and close to the town of Challans, renowned for its four-Thursday fairs and markets. Near the large Vendée beaches, with easy access to the islands of Noirmoutier and Yeu, this semi-detached cottage offers a large living/dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, one with a double bed, and two with two single beds), a shower room, and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available. There is a private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Baby equipment is available upon request. Another cottage is located on the property: L'Amelineau H85G020353. Enclosed area including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the two gîtes, with a solar shower and toilet, a 5-person hot tub, a 60m² covered area with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a pétanque court (pool/spa area and outdoor spaces accessible from May 1st to September 30th).
The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.
Additional charges: Mandatory cleaning fee for business travelers: €130/stay. Business travelers do not have access to the pool. Tourist tax.

Très bon accueil, avec de très bons conseils pour visite des alentours, logement très propre aménagé avec goût ! On pose les valises !! J ai pu réaliser des gâteaux avec mes petites puces !! Nous avions tous les ustensiles !!! JE VOUS RECOMMANDE et nous espérons y retourner
Les gestes barrières ! Tour était prévu !!!!
