About this house rental
An architect's house in the village of Teich, with very spacious rooms: this 1000 m2 property is classified as a 4-star holiday rental. The house is 3 km from the oyster-farming ports of Gujan-Mestras, and 13 km from the beaches of Arcachon.
Free use of 6 bikes.
No cleaning fees at end of stay.
ACCOMMODATION:
It is a single storey, bright and modern house, with a floor space of 135 m2. A very large through lounge. It comfortably accommodates 4 people (2 bedrooms, 2 160x200 beds, 1 60X120 cot, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 WCs).
The house is at the foot of cycle paths which allow you access to beaches and shops. Free provision of 6 adult and children bikes, 2 baby seats for bikes, and child and adult helmets for safety. We also have all necessary baby equipment (bed, changing table, stroller, etc...)
COVID-19
Before your arrival, Eventhia will do everything to ensure the safety of your health. Namely, a safe distance of 1 metre will be observed for viewing the house and handing over the keys. Then, beyond basic, regular hygiene habits, she will ensure the disinfection of door handles and bay windows, remote controls and switches, washing (mandatory all year) of pillowcases and mattress topers, and the provision of surgical masks and alcoholic sanitary gel in small bottles. I remind you that the time required to put the house in order is 6 hours. You will then be able to take possession of the premises in peace. We wish you a pleasant stay,

The south-facing terrace is equipped with 4 deckchairs and parasols.
There is a charcoal barbecue.
All linens are provided (bed sheets, towels and beach towels)
There is a bed (60X120), a chair, a changing table, a deckchair, an all-terrain stroller and a large baby bath.
Badminton set and Nordic lawn bowling set.
Board games: Chess, Trivial Pursuit, Scrabble, Cluedo, Monopoly, 7 Wonders, Tarot, box of traditional games, cards and Rubik's cube.
We will welcome you with a fruit basket, as well as everything you need for your first breakfast (bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk, chocolate powder, eggs).

Accueil parfait. Communication très agréable avec Jean-François. Sa maison est aussi très agréable. Il ne manque rien jusqu'au moindre détail.
Et en plus, on voyage...
La situation sur le Teich, permet de découvrir facilement le bassin d'Arcachon.

la propriété donne a peu près ce qu'elle promet, mais sa situation géographique est très difficile , nous sommes déçus ! de plus la maison est un peu compliquées ! Néanmoins c'est quand même une belle maison !
