Situated in Carroll, this charming house for $900 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our home is a beautiful single family home in Mt. Washington Homes community off base station road and about a mile from Bretton woods ski area entrance. It has 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms including 2 half-baths and comfortably accommodates 15 people. Our home provides great amenities to enjoy your trip and wonderful views to ski slopes. Park your car in the 2 car heated garage and walk in to a spacious mud room with spacious closets to store all your outdoor gear. Nicely appointed kitchen, large dining area and vaulted ceiling in the main living room allows you to spread out and enjoy a warm wood burning fireplace. Two stories of windows in the family room allow plenty of natural sunlight to enjoy the mountain views. We have 2 kitchens with all the pots and pans needed for making a hearty meal. Our home accommodates 15 people in 7 bedrooms and a twin bed. 1. First floor master bedroom with king bed, luxurious bath and walk-in closet 2.Two bedrooms(king, queen) on the 2nd floor with a shared bath. 3. Two bedrooms(king, 2 twins), two baths in lower level and 4. Two bedrooms(queen, 2 twins) and 1.5 bath in apartment over the 2-car garage. Apartment access is through the main foyer. Lower level has a game room with billiards table. Also available on this level is a large living area with sectional sofa, a twin bed, TV connected to cable and seating for board games. The outdoor area is equipped with propane grill during summer months and gravel path to the fire pit. Our home is not part of Omni hotel rental program. So, we do not have access to hotel swimming pool or gym area. We do not have a hot tub at our home. For some reason, the amenities list shows that we have hot tub.

Great vacation with our adult children and 5 grandchildren- plenty of space and amenities for each of the 4 different families in attendance- loved the pool table and fire pit - will be a very special memory for our family- looking forward to returning.

This is my family’s second year renting this property for our annual ski weekend. The property is beautiful and spacious for our large group. We enjoyed it so much,we have already booked for next year! So very comfortable for our family of 10. 4 teens had room to stretch, privacy for all, and fun with playing pool and ping pong. 5 minutes to ski trails and walking distance to Mt Washington Hotel. We had both downhill and cross country in our party so perfect for all. There was nothing we needed that was not there in the house. Owners so great to work with, plenty of firewood. everything we could have dreamed of. Anxious to return.

This was our seventh annual family ski trip to Bretton Woods and second staying in this beautiful home which always makes our visit special. Well appointed and spacious with room for 4 families, gourmet kitchen, enormous cathedral ceilinged family room with fireplace an vistas of the mountain, heated 2-car garage...and everything immaculate. This is an amazing property! Super clean, very well stocked with all you need, and just a few minutes to the slopes. Our extended family had a fabulous time and ample room and privacy for all guests. We do a family Christmas reunion every year and this was hands down the best rental We've had. Definitely interested in renting again! Best to the owner for sharing her beautiful home. Judy

This property is gorgeous and spacious! We had 7 adult couples staying for my daughter’s wedding at the Mount Washington Hotel. There was plenty of space for all of us and the proximity to the hotel was fantastic! Communication with the owner was great. Would love to stay there again!

Our group of 12 had an amazing long weekend at Breton Woods. The house was exactly as advertised with lots of bed options and plenty of bathrooms. Having three separate kitchen/ kitchenettes and dining tables made it great to be able to split the house up into smaller living areas when that was best. We can’t wait to come back next summer.

Our family get away was fantastic. The house was very nice but also very comfortable. The owners thought of everything. It was so very well equipped and decorated. The view was beautiful. This home had plenty of room. There were 13 in our group and it was great that we all had our own bedrooms, some with their own bathrooms. The view of the Bretton Woods Ski Resort was nice. Neighbors were a bit close but everyone was very friendly and there was plenty to do in short driving distances to keep us busy. We enjoyed the fire pit, front deck in the evenings and game room.

Great setup for several families skiing together. Kids had their own space, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Very close to Bretton Woods, and we lucked out with a late winter snowstorm! Owner very helpful and responsive.

We had such a great time this weekend. The house is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for my family of 14 to hang out/sleep very comfortably (teens and adults). Shuttles weren't running to the mountain, but so closeby we barely missed them. Hope to return!

Huge place with lots of room for three families. The rooms and kitchenette over the garage are great if one family has early risers while everyone else can sleep in a bit more.

The house was plenty big for our four families. It had 3 refrigerators and a great big basement where the kids could play away from the adults. It's very close to the Bretton Woods ski resort which is where we spent our days enjoying the slopes! The two garage spaces were a nice bonus to keep cars warm and snow free for quick exit in the mornings. Unfortunately the ski shuttle that picks up at the house was not running since the pandemic started, not sure if that will change in the future. Overall we had a great time and it was the perfect house for our big group.

2nd Time!

2nd Time!

This was my second year staying at this beautiful home. Words cannot describe how awesome it was. The wonderful view of the mountain with the cold air made it such a great experience. I stayed here with my family to relax and celebrate my birthday. I love the kitchen upgrades that were made. I was sad the mountain weren’t covered with snow. I’ll see ya next year :)

My mother wanted to celebrate her 90th birthday in the White Mountains where she and my father brought us for many vacations when we were young. There were 4 generations of the family together for the birthday celebration. Thank you for sharing this wonderful vacation home with us!
