Nestled in Saugatuck, this lovely condo for $181 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Frank's Apartment is a cozy little getaway for 2-4 people conveniently situated "On the Hill" in Saugatuck. It is just steps from shopping, beaches, boat rides, fudge and ice cream shops, bars, nightlife and dancing, live theater, pickleball and tennis, art galleries, restaurants, fishing, kayaking, museums, nature hikes, antique shops and more. Frank's Apartment has everything you need for your weekend or week getaway. It has one queen bedroom with a walk in closet. Also it has a good size living room with a fold out queen sofa bed. It has a full and spacious kitchen. And a full bathroom with step in shower. It also includes a full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided and you'd be hard pressed to find a kitchen implement that isn't there. There is also a little outdoor table and two chairs. The apartment is conveniently all on one level. It does not have a ramp, but is handicap friendly with large doorways and a step in shower with grab bars. Frank's Apartment is a "Mother In Law" apartment attached to our other listing, Emma's House (Property # 323911). Please see the other listing and contact me if you are interested in renting Emma's House as well. Also please note that Frank's Apartment though connected to Emma's House, has its own two entrances and exits, parking area, heat and air conditioning and locked connecting door (which can be unlocked if both sides are rented together). We are following the guidelines of the CDC and WHO in our health and safety practices ... -Contactless check in and check out. We unlock the unit for you earlier in the day and leave a key for you to use. Then you leave the key and the place unlocked, and if possible give us a call when you check out. -If possible we wait several hours or a day to go over and clean after a group has left to let things settle. -Then when we come to clean, we open all the windows and turn the fans on to air out the place. -We wash the sheets and towels with hot water. -Then we clean everything like usual. -At the end we go around with the WHO recommended type of disinfecting bleach (not laundry bleach) mixed with the recommenced ratio of water and disinfect: counters, faucets and taps and shower controls, handles of appliances and doors and cabinets, light switches, AC control, lamps, remotes, soap dispensers, TV and DVD player and Roku box, info book, key, and where people frequently touch the windows and blinds.

We’ve stayed in many homes in the Saugatuck area over the years. This home was affordable, clean and really worked for us. Everything was great except: the couch and chair in the living room were very old, worn out and uncomfortable. When you have nothing comfortable to sit on in the living room, that’s a problem. Second furniture is fine, this was way beyond that. The manager was great and responded right away when we needed to stay an extra day due to illness - food poisoning from The Butler! : (

Excellent location. Walking distance to downtown. Cute, cozy cottage, attached to a larger house. Private entrance and porch. Just the right size for one or two. Everything kitchen you might need for meals in. Washer dryer. Comfortable queen size bed. Short walk to restaurants, shops, Arts Center and waterfront. Loved it and hope to return.

Frank's Annex was located an easy walk to all the activities in Saugatuck, but far enough away to be quiet. We enjoyed the house and loved Saugatuck.

The apartment was a perfect size and location to town(walking distance) or only negative is that we didn't know it was attached to a main house. The dividing wall between the unit's doesn't seem sound proof/insulated so u can hear the other tenants and the up & down on stairs. If the apartment folks need to be respectful so should they, especially when they have kids. Other than that it was a great stay and we loved the neighborhood & other amenities 😊

We stayed here while visiting the Tulip Festival. It was a great place and a good location. The kitchen was really nice. The area is very scenic. Interesting places to visit nearby.

This property is good for a anyone looking to stay a few nights near a beach but not right in the middle of the action. This was about 5 blocks from the few restaurants and shops (you do have to walk up & down a hill). Good for 2 people. It is connected to a house, so you might hear them occasionally during your stay, but we weren't there most of the time so it wasn't too bad. Hot shower, full kitchen, & laundry.

This home is a great location to downtown Saugatuck (very walkable). Lovely older home with a very interesting history. Very clean and comfortable, and well appointed. A delightful place to stay and would reserve again if in the area. Thank you to the owners and managers for the use of the property : - )

Overall I had a great time! There are many puzzles and dvds for free and everything was clean. Of course the property is a bit older but also cozy ☺️ The only thing was the sound level at night but I'm probably a but sensitive to that! 5 Stars!

Everything was very nice and as advertised. The front door lock was a bit sticky and if there's anyone in the adjoining property, you can hear them pretty clearly through the connecting door but I didn't have any real issues. Would stay there again.

Located a few blocks from center the cottage is large but cozy, view to large backyard from kitchen, and is in very nice quiet neighborhood. It has every convenience including loads of DVD movies. Super clean. Manager next door in attached house and really nice and helpful. Definitely great place to stay.

The place was perfect for our needs. The on line listing failed to inform there was no cable in the unit. A TV with DVD and netflix, but no access to a news channel. The coffee pot was in need of replacement. It would make one pot, but didn't keep the completed coffee warm, nor would it make a second pot. I called about it, but received no response from the property manager. Overall a great stay! Thank you.

Frank's Place is very clean, up-to-date and spacious, certainly better than I was expecting. The queen bed is comfortable and doesn't take up the entire bedroom. The kitchen is large and stocked with whatever utensils you would need to cook and even to bake. We used the large Weber grill, since no one was staying at the big house. It works fine, but the grill itself is getting very thin and should be replaced. Using the TV is rather complicated, but it is Nancy's Firestick. All in all, a nice 3 night stay at Frank's Place.

Pros: A great location. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Super clean. Has everything you need. Well appointed in every way. Good Wifi too. Cons: only one. It is a shared house. Common walls means you will hear kids running up and down the stairs like elephants, loud TV and conversations long after midnite. I would stay again, but only if it gets soundproofed.

Felt like summer at my grandmothers cottage. Very welcoming and extremely comfortable. Frank’s apartment was thoughtfully created. The kitchen area is a delight! Nice and airy with a great view of the garden. I can’t tell you how many times my husband and I had to fit ourselves into a microscopic VRBO lodging so this was a nice change. We were able to move about freely without getting in each others way. The appliances are in good condition and are full sized. The only small problems were those that seem to happen at every VRBO we rent no matter how much we spend: The cookware shows signs of wear and should be replaced. ( For this reason I always travel with my own nonstick pans. ) There was also the inevitable cabinet which contained expired coffees, teas, and spices. Trust me, the last thing I want to do on vacation is to have to clean out yet another cupboard! The bathroom was well organized, and nicely updated. It has both a regular and a handheld shower. Great water pressure and plentiful hot water. Plenty of towel racks in both the bathroom and the kitchen, something so simple yet so necessary! The bedroom was compact and had the furniture arranged so that it was comfortable. We loved the side room; which is actually a small room with two roomy dressers, nice shelving, and plenty of space to hang clothing. It also includes a full-size ironing board and iron as well as a fan. The bed was comfortable. The location is supreme and best of all very, very quiet. We spent many hours just sitting on the small porch drinking coffee and listening to the wind in the trees. Property is very charming and nicely landscaped. There were a few small glitches but the property manager was extremely helpful, and very easy to reach by text. We will definitely be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay. It is an easy walk to the downtown area. We also appreciated how well stocked it was. This location was perfect for a our quick getaway with our two year old. The bedroom was large enough to set up the pack n play so she could sleep while we able to use the rest of the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we are in the area.
