I had a wonderful stay at Vitalis, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible hospitality and honesty of the team. I accidentally left my watch behind after checking out, and Laura went above and beyond to help me. She personally arranged to ship it back to me via GLS, showing genuine care, efficiency, and kindness. It is rare to find such dedicated and trustworthy service nowadays. Clean, comfortable, and managed by truly fantastic people. Highly recommended!
