Well I like that the property actually did a continental breakfast rather than a restaurant and didn’t have to pay extra for another person, which we had to at another location. I like the location and the front staff. The beds were comfortable.
I did not like that the hot tub was across the street at another location. The sofa bed had crumbs and pepperoni stuck on it. That was very uncomfortable for a teen to sleep on it since the frame was bent as well.

The rooms were kept clean on first arrival. Staff on day of stay were very nice
Any day that someone could have emptied trash, brought clean towels would have been so appreciated. I spoke with the housekeeping supervisor yesterday and asked him if someone could take out trash and give clean towels and he told me to tell the front desk. My Dad is here in the hospital at St Marks and I have noy had time to ask if someone could straighten my room up at least once while I stayed here. I leave early and come back after 10pm each night.
