Independent villa with private swimming pool with superb sea view (facing La Gomera) and on the mountain, equipped American kitchen, living / dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom. Outside spacious terraces, one on the upper level with studio (one bedroom with fitted kitchen area), SE and WC and which offers a solarium area with deckchairs, and furniture offering a magnificent view all around.

We had a large group of people (our adult children with their spousees, friends). It was easy to arrenge barbecues to large group, cause there is a large roof terrace. If you are looking for parties and luxury, this is not for you. If you are looking for home with all necessarities, peaceful area and great views, this house is a home for you!

Nous avons passé un très bon sejour dans la villa avec vu sur la mer.
À 5 minutes des commerces et restaurants.
Idéale entre amis avec des ados.

Beaucoup de chance avec le temps, une vue extraordinaire avec la terrasse super agréable.
La piscine aurait été chauffée, cela aurait été plus que parfait.

prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de bergen,vooral vanuit het dakterras
woning wel aan grondige renovatie toe ( likje verf,veel kapotte lampen en vooral nieuw terras meubilair nodig
omgeving wel heel rustig,op wandel afstand wel enkele goede restaurants
