About this house rental
This pleasant single-storey house offers beautiful features and bright spaces. Ideally situated just 150 metres from the large Blancs Sablons beach and Kermorvan point, it provides a privileged starting point for enjoying the coastline and coastal landscapes.
The lounge is furnished with a 3-seater convertible leather sofa, a coffee table and a television.
Thanks to its bay window, it opens directly onto a south-facing terrace, ideal for meals and outdoor relaxation.
The living area includes a table and four chairs. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle and all the crockery needed to accommodate up to eight people.
The house has two bedrooms:
• A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and direct access to the south-facing terrace.
• A second bedroom equipped with two 90 cm single beds and a storage cupboard.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a vanity unit.
The toilet is separate.
Outside, you will enjoy a 10 m² terrace as well as a private parking space.
Le Conquet and its surroundings offer many activities, the house is located:
- 150m from Blancs Sablons beach
- 1.5km from the fishing port and embarkation point, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.
- 1 km from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.
- 240 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 400 m from Portez fine sand beach.

Maison très bien située avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très agréable séjour. Propriétaire très sympathique. Les courgettes et les pommes de terre du jardin étaient délicieuses! Maison à recommander vivement!

Well equiped Kitchen, good strong shower
TV strange, started out all in French stations and then turned into all German programmes with just Sky News sometimes would appear ? Bizarre !
Beach nearby but a longer walk and down a cliff to get to it
The owners live in house next door, older couple and very quiet, very nice people. The larger property attached to this one was empty the week we stayed so no noise but if a family with children were there then the noise would be apparent as the garden is just seperated by a small fence and you share the washing machine and dryer with next door in the attached garage. for us it was very quiet but beware screaming playing kids could be next door when rented out to a family
But a good stay. bit of a hike across the footbridge into town and up hills so if you have a walking problem like i do then beware getting into town by foot otherwise use the car

Couple avec 1 enfant de 3 ans et un bébé de 2 mois. Maison de plain pied et très bien équipée, parfait avec des enfants. Situation idéale entre mer, centre ville et ria pour aller pêcher à marée basse. Recommandée !!
