On the ground floor, you will find in the sleeping area:

- 2 warm bedrooms with double beds (160 cm)

- 1 bedroom ideal for children with two single beds (90 cm)

- 1 bathroom with a large shower

- 1 large dressing room and a washing machine.

The living space facing the ocean is located upstairs:

- A spacious and bright living room

- A fully equipped kitchen, open to the lounge with its dining area for 8 people

- A cosy and welcoming lounge with a large corner sofa

- A terrace with a large garden furniture set, perfect for admiring the sea

In the garden, a second shaded terrace is ideal for outdoor meals. This is where the large private spa is located (accessible from early May to end of October).

The house is located within the "Résidence des Iles" (a very quiet small residence of 14 properties) and gives you access to a shared heated indoor swimming pool from April to October and then during the Christmas holidays, with a depth varying from 1.20 m to 2 m and a dedicated area for young children (40 cm depth).

You also have a children's play area, a petanque court and a shared laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer accessible by coin meter). A reception offers tourist information, some books and board games available for free use.



Local life and must-do activities:

Le Conquet is a charming town full of character and brimming with activities. On foot from the house, you can reach Bilou beach for a swim (2 minutes) or take the GR34 for superb coastal hikes.

The town centre and port, accessible in a 15-minute walk, offer you lively streets, local shops, good bakeries, crêperies, a weekly market on Tuesday and fish and shellfish sales at the boat exits.

Don't miss visiting the port landing stage for a day trip to the islands of Ouessant or Molène.

A few minutes by car or bike, the Pointe de Saint-Mathieu site, its lighthouse and former abbey are must-sees in the region.

For everyone's comfort, the interior is non-smoking and parties are not permitted.

The hot tub water is changed between each stay and regularly checked.
