The original layout of this house, designed according to an inverted concept with living areas upstairs and bedrooms on the ground floor, allows you to enjoy a unique setting with an exceptional view of the Ouessant and Molène islands, the Kermorvan peninsula as well as the Îlette.
Just a stone's throw from Blancs-Sablons beach, a magnificent fine sand beach stretching 2.5 km, ideal for coastal walking and also highly popular with surfers, you will benefit from a privileged location. A surf school located just opposite the house allows children to discover this discipline. You can also simply lay your towel there and enjoy the exceptional setting.

Upstairs, a superb bright living area welcomes you. The lounge is furnished with a three-seater convertible leather sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table and a television.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
The adjoining dining area has a large table and six chairs for sharing convivial meals with family or friends.
The centrepiece remains the magnificent covered terrace of 10 m² located upstairs. Equipped with garden furniture, it offers you a superb sea view, ideal for savouring your lunches or admiring unforgettable sunsets.
On the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms opening, thanks to large bay windows, onto a south-facing terrace.
The first bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, whilst the second ideally welcomes children or friends with its two 90 cm single beds as well as its two 90 cm bunk beds.
This level also includes a shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a storage column, as well as separate WC for everyone's comfort.
Le Conquet and its surroundings offer numerous activities, the house is located:
- Ideally situated the famous GR34 hiking trail, leading to Kermorvan lighthouse, passes just 20 metres from your door for superb seaside walks.
- 150 metres from the large Blancs Sablons beach.
- 1.5km from the fishing port and embarkation point, departure point for the islands of Ouessant and Molène and sea discovery excursions.
- 1 km from local shops, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Tuesday mornings.
- 240 m from the GR34 hiking trail and 400 m from the fine sand beach Portez.
