About this house rental
Discover this charming semi-detached house of 85 m², ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. A panoramic view of the sea and islands, immediate access to the beach just 100 metres away, and the immediate proximity of the mythical GR34 hiking trail (50 metres away) make it a true haven of peace facing the ocean!
On the ground floor:
- A beautiful bright space comprising a welcoming dining room (table for 6 people) and a warm lounge with corner sofa and coffee table. All enhanced by an unobstructed view of the sea for your moments of relaxation.
- The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave/grill, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a breakfast bar that can accommodate 4 people.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) and a large wardrobe.
- A furnished and functional bathroom equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an independent toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: Equipped with a double bed (140x190), a desk area and storage. It offers a magnificent sea view.
- Bedroom 3: Equipped with a double bed (140x190), a desk area and storage. It also benefits from the sea view.
- A second furnished bathroom with integrated toilet.
Outside:
Facing due West, the 30m² terrace is the ideal spot to admire sunsets. Equipped with garden furniture and a table for 6 people, it offers an exceptional panorama of the Iroise Sea, the islands of Ouessant and Molène, as well as Pointe Saint-Mathieu.
The 40m² garden is completely enclosed.

Le Conquet and its surroundings offer an exceptional setting and numerous activities. Ideally situated on the Rampe de Porsliogan, the house is located:
At 100 m from the fine sandy beach of Porsliogan, ideal for swimming and relaxation, accessible in just a few steps. (Portez beach is approximately 1.2 km away via the footpath).
At 50 m from the legendary GR34 hiking trail: Directly accessible at the end of the street, it promises you superb coastal walks with breathtaking panoramas, notably towards Pointe de Saint-Mathieu.
At 1.5 km from the town centre, shops and market: You can easily reach (in approximately 15 to 20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car) the bakeries, delicatessens, restaurants, crêperies and shops of Le Conquet. Don't miss the warm local market of regional products on Tuesday morning!
At 1.8 km from the fishing port and embarkation point: The ideal starting point for your sea excursions and crossings to the islands of Ouessant and Molène.

Excellente maison de location tant par le confort, la propreté, la luminosité des pièces de vie que par la situation géographique.

Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Meerblick und kann die Sonne noch bis in die Tiefen Abendstunden genießen. Zum wunderschönen Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren eine weitere kleine Bucht liegt auch nur ein paar Minuten weiter. Das Haus an sich ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste dringend erneuert werden. Die Couch ist nicht mehr nutzbar und auch die Sitzmöbel draußen waren teilweise kaputt. Eine Kaffeemaschine haben wir sofort ersetzt bekommen, als wir uns mit der Agentur in Verbindung gesetzt haben. In Summe ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen was das Haus betrifft.

Très bien situé, mais état de propreté pas excellent... Et quelques éléments désuets(canapé usé, éléments du lit qui se décollent, des restes de charbon laisse d'un précédent barbecue qui s'envolent, vitres sales, bacs à linge sale, et micro ondes qui par moment ne s'arrête plus, obligé de le débrancher et télé à savoir utiliser)
