About this apartment rental
Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighbourhood, this charming 90 m² duplex on the ground floor with garden access is the ideal place to spend time with family or friends. It opens onto a pleasant furnished terrace, facing a shared garden, with plenty of green spaces nearby, close to Trez Hir beach and the aquatic centre.
The living room, bright and welcoming, opens directly onto the equipped terrace. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer) and extends into a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. The lounge has a sofa, two armchairs and a television.
On the ground floor, you will enjoy a lovely master bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and its own en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. An independent toilet and a washing machine complete this level.
Upstairs, two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with two 90 cm single beds, the other with two 90 cm bunk beds. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is also available.
A cot and games are provided.

Plougonvelin and its surroundings offer many activities, the apartment is located:
- 400 m from local shops, restaurants, crêperies, boutiques. You will find our regional products at the local market on Sunday mornings.
- 300 m from Trez hir beach Aquatic centre with seawater swimming pool, water sports centre, diving club
2.1 km from Fort de Bertheaume an old fortress built on a rocky islet to defend the entrance to Brest harbour.

Bel appartement, bien situé proche des quelques commerces mais au calme. Décoré avec goût et fonctionnel.
Une petite demi-heure de Brest, base nautique à 5' à pied, très belle plage (Sablons) à 10' de voiture (plus petites plages accessibles à pied), bonne base pour découvrir le Finistère.

Superbe appartement, grand et lumineux, très bien équippé, proche de la mer.
2 défauts: l'évier est trop petit (mais heureusement il y a un lave-vaisselle) et la localisation de certains interrupteurs est étrange.
L'agence de location est très serviable, elle a fait preuve de flexibilité face à nos contraintes. A recommander.

Un appartement fonctionnel et très agréable pour un séjour en Finistère nord. Un petit plus pour les attentions et facilités pour l’accueil d’un bébé en bas âge ainsi que pour la relation avec l’agence immobilière et le propriétaire sur place.

Een mooi en ruim opgezet appartementencomplex, op een afgeschermd terrein. Het huis zelf is mooi, stijlvol en strak ingericht. Openslaande deuren naar de tuin met een groot grasveld. Keuken is goed uitgerust met alle benodigdheden.
Alles heel schoon en de douche op de benedenverdieping is werkelijk een aanrader. Een regendouche met heel goede waterdruk!
