Terrific location in a busy & vibrant area near Las Halles shopping mall. Many restaurants, bars, shops. Host is Terrific and very accommodating. The spiral stairs to / from entry of the apartment are difficult, but this senior did them at least 2x per day! There's a lift, but it's tiny. Bedrooms on 2nd floor, kitchen, family room & dinning on 3rd floor. Another spiral staircase in the interior connects the floors inside the apartment. The host made it special.

Our family of 5 (3 older teens/young adults) had a wonderful 5 night stay in this apartment. The location is so accessible and walkable to many key Paris attractions! We loved the large living room space. The spiral staircase is very steep but I assume most 2 floor flats are similar (unfortunately my husband sprained his ankle the day before we left for Paris). We weren’t able to access the 3rd floor entrance, only the 2nd floor door because other renters forgot to leave the key and Annick couldn’t locate the backup set, that made coming and going for 5 people a bit of a challenge but we made it work. Annick was very responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

The location attracted us, but it also attracted a LOT of locals the bars and restaurants surrounding the apartment. It was very loud until 1-2 in the morning. The bedding was not ideal. Beds a little hard and. Sheets and pillows were very low quality. The toilet rooms were very odd.
