Dirty, noisy, and poorly maintained—unfortunately not a place we would stay again.

Location was great. You are right near everything.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing accommodations we have stayed in. The problems started before we even reached the apartment. Access was via a narrow, three-story spiral staircase that was in poor condition. Carrying luggage up the stairs felt unsafe, and I nearly fell several times while trying to maneuver a small suitcase. The stairwell itself appeared neglected, with damaged walls, crumbling plaster, and debris scattered on the steps and floor. When we entered the apartment, we were immediately struck by the lack of cleanliness. Dust had accumulated heavily on the fans and other surfaces, and there was hair visible in corners and throughout the apartment. The towels provided were particularly concerning, as many had visible stains, including what appeared to be blood stains. The bathroom was equally disappointing. There was a persistent moldy odor, the sink was clogged and drained very slowly, and the toilet was extremely cramped. The space was so small that I had to leave the door partially open to use it comfortably. In addition, the toilet seat was loose and partially detached. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The apartment is located in an area with significant nighttime activity, and it was nearly impossible to sleep. Every night there were loud crowds, shouting, and intoxicated people outside until approximately 5:30 a.m. Even with earplugs, I was repeatedly awakened throughout the night and struggled to get any meaningful rest. Overall, the condition of the property did not match expectations, and the combination of poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and severe nighttime noise made for a very unpleasant stay. Based on our experience, we do not feel that this accommodation offered good value for the price.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Paris

Location and apartment are lovely. Really nice layout and very spacious with 2 young kids.

It’s loud at night but I knew that when I booked it. The back bedroom is nice and quiet for the kids. The front room is loud but I had no trouble sleeping through it.

No A/C, soundproof solution missing - the noise frim bars on the street was unbearable, ironing machine not funcrioning, broken furniture, some stains, not very clean

Great if you want to party 🥳

Nicely renovated

One room was above a bar, terribly noisy. Very hot, no aircon and only 1 fan, this couldn’t cool the two rooms and family room. Toilet was extremely small, hilarious in fact! The stairs were scary and elevator was tiny.

La puerta de entrada y la escalera son tétricas. Sábado por la noche muy ruidoso en la calle. El wc diminuto.
