This spacious, well-decorated home is located in Meadow View Farms, Oak Bluffs - a quiet neighborhood of gracious custom homes. The layout is perfect for two families to share. Lovely landscaping enhances the one-acre private wooded setting. The house is fully furnished, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Rooms include: 4 bedrooms + loft, 2 1/2 baths, a country kitchen, dining room, living room and a large family room.. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There's also a ping-pong table in the basement. State Beach is only five minutes away. 'Peqout Point' overlooking Sengekontacket Pond, can be reached on a peaceful ten-minute walk. The fabulous Farm Neck Golf course is within 1/2 mile.

The house was in fabulous condition when we got there and it served all our needs and beyond. The purpose of our visit was not a happy one due to a family loss, but the ability to come back to a warm and comforting house made a tremendous difference. The house was clean and open with spacious for family members to group together in different rooms as needed There were ample supplies like towel, , etc.,The host were very communicative and understanding even though we had no concerns arise, as everything was just as expectedI would definitely recommend renting this home for your next day on my Vineyard

Beautiful property. Great location. Kitchen well stocked. Comfortable bedroom and beds. More towels than you would ever need. So comfortable and cozy! Beautiful shaded yard. Close to Oak Bluffs.

Excellent stay, the house is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Super comfortable space for our entire family. Quiet neighborhood. Owner is friendly and very responsive. Great stay, we hope to come back again!

We had a wonderful vacation on the Vineyard! The house fit our two families perfectly (4 adults, 4 kids under 10) - it was perfectly clean upon arrival, had two bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds) for the kids, and 2 bedrooms for the adults, all upstairs and all with AC's. The house was spacious and open, with multiple living spaces, so we never felt on top of each other. There were some epic ping pong battles (among the adults) in the basement, movie nights on the large flat-screen, a piano that none of us knew how to play, a large private yard where we grilled/relaxed, and the kids enjoyed daily scooter adventures on their own in the gated community with smoothly-paved streets and minimal traffic.Mike, the owner, was ULTRA responsive (we're talking minutes) to every question we had throughout the process + offered great insight on the area and suggestions on fun things to do. The two-car transpo/ferry tickets were a huge bonus, given how impossible it is to get those (for the needed days & times).Excellent stay; I highly recommend the house and the owners!
