About this riad rental
Come discover our riad located in the historical center of Marrakech, just 10 minutes from Jamaa el Fna square, 5 minutes from the souks in Bab Doukkala district. Our riad has been fully restored for almost 3 years. It has all the modern comforts while respecting the Moroccan architecture. Muhamed and Khadijea will take care of your stay in our house. . We can, if you wish, prepare breakfasts for 6 euros per day per person, as well as dinners for 20 euros. Our house is not a tourist scam without soul and without any respect of the local population. The renovation of our riad is a real favorite for this country and its inhabitants.

The pictures do not do the property justice. It was cool during the day when we were there, and the rooftop was protected from the wind. It is a sunny and beautiful place to hang out. We woke up to a huge wonderful breakfast every morning and a fire in the fireplace. The Riad is in a perfect location. It is very easy to get a taxi to go on excursions, and it is right off a Main St in the Medina. All of the museums,sites restaurants and souks were at most a 15 or 20 minute walk.Everything was very clean. There was housekeeping service every day. The host and housekeeping team was available and helpful for whatever we needed or whatever questions we had. We also had a fabulous dinner of chicken Tagine at Riad Espoir one night. My husband and I were traveling with our adult daughters and their husbands. The bedrooms were on different floors and spread out so that everyone had a lot of privacy. We plan to go back and when we do, we would love to stay at this property or the sister property next-door. We got to peek at that and it is lovely as well!

A spacious and beautiful Riad in the Medina, just minutes from the souks. As a group of 9 we had the entire property to ourselves. The staff are exceptional and attentive, particularly our host Hamza who was on hand to organise our trips, restaurants and deliveries. A wealth of information and nothing too much trouble for him. We thank you so very much. Close to the many street food stands and general stores meant our time their was stress free and totally enjoyable. A real gem and an authentic introduction to Marrakech.

Notre séjour à Marrakech a été très agréable et ceci en grande partie du à la qualité du riad. Cette maison typiquement marocaine est en effet très confortable, très bien équipée, dont l'aménagement et la décoration ont été fait avec bon gout. Elle est située dans la Medina, proche du centre névralgique de Marrakech et permet d'accéder aux différents sites de visite dont la place centre assez rapidement. Bien entendu, la qualité du séjour est aussi largement assurée par la présence amicale et attentive de Mohamed, qui a répondu toujours très efficacement et gentiment à nos diverses demandes. Nos remerciements vont aussi à Kadija, dont les repas du soir nous ont permis de découvrir la cuisine marocaine typique. Au départ du séjour, nous pensions faire nous même notre cuisine au riad, mais il est à l'évidence beaucoup plus agréable de profiter de celle de Radija, qui nous a préparé de bons petits déjeuners et les repas du soir. Il vaut donc mieux prévoir de profiter du savoir faire de Radija et le prévoir au niveau du budget à consacrer à ce séjour. Evidemment, le mois d'août est très chaud à Marrakech, et il est un peu difficile de profiter pleinement des visites durant cette période, toutefois le riad contribue largement à assurer un séjour confortable et propice au repos et à la détente. Il faut aussi noter l'agréable petite piscine au centre du riad, qui fait le bonheur des enfants et permet aux grands de se rafraîchir. En conclusion, nous recommandons sans réserve ce Riad de qualité, qui permet de passer de bonnes vacances dans un pays très attachant, qui a su garder ses traditions et sa culture.
