We had a great stay, particular shout out to Nabila who checked on us three times the day we fell ill and brought us medicine for my daughter. Yasmine was also excellent and was on the phone with me throughout to ensure that we got better. Thanks to Asmaa who checked us in and always had a warm friendly smile on her face. And Iham the housekeeper was just wonderful. Came at the right time, never intrusive and kept our rooms clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was very good. The wifi worked very well. Very good location of the hotel in the center of Marakech.
The room i got was for disabled people - maybe i made the mistake during the booking fase and missed this point.
My wife and i went to bed the second night around 10 pm, at 11pm a house staff came into our room to ask if she needed to change the towels. This is a bit late to come and open a room door at this time to my personal feeling.
