The location and very comfortable room - they upgraded us to a lovely suite. Also the spa was excellent.
The rooftop bar and swimming pool which is not really a swimming pool but just a narrow circular channel of water. Also the DJ plays extremely loud music from late afternoon until about 1 AM which could clearly be heard in our 3rd floor room.

We had the most wonderful stay and genuinely couldn’t fault it.
Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable, with large bathrooms, gorgeous Clarins toiletries and plenty of wardrobe space. The beds were exceptionally comfortable too.
Breakfast was amazing every morning, absolutely delicious, with such attentive and friendly staff. In fact, the service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. From the moment you walk through the door, the hotel smells beautiful and you are greeted at every turn with a warm smile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The rooftop pool was fabulous and the perfect temperature for cooling off in the heat. We also loved spending time up there, the food and drinks were excellent and the service was fantastic.
We arranged an outdoor mat Pilates session one morning, which was brilliant and such a lovely addition to our stay. The setting was perfect.
Most importantly, the team went above and beyond to look after us throughout the weekend. We were celebrating my friend’s 50th birthday and they helped make the whole trip feel incredibly special.
Thank you so much for looking after all of us so well and for providing the perfect setting for our celebrations. We made some amazing memories and would absolutely love to come back!
