About this house rental
casa Ensueño is a new luxury Five bedroom, three-bath OceanView home 3 miles away from the main city located in Costa Diamante/Sandy Beach, the house is a small walk away to the sandy beach ( 150 m ). The master beachfront suite has a queen bed, private patio The second bedroom is a suite with a queen bed. The third bedroom, has a queen bed and a twin and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed the 5th bedroom is a queen bed. The living, dining and cooking area is very large and open. The living room has a beautiful boveda ceiling, Satellite flat screen 40 inch TV There is a large eating and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation area. Other amenities include gorgeous granite countertops throughout the house, a large beachside patio with furniture, fans throughout, a propane barbeque , two car garage, WiFi (Wireless Internet), plus additional access to the new community pool and Jacuzzi in Costa Diamante, Sheets and towels are provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and small Pets will allow. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 3 night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June, October and all Holidays. The owner allows 3 more extra guests $50 Dallas for each person . After the 12 adults if an extra person fee is paid upon arrival to my cleaning lady,HOA will allow razor but no trailer. you have to off load it before you enter to the community and you have to park the trailer on a diferente park there is a parking spot 1/2 mile from the house if you want more information about it please let me know or ask the guard gate will let you know thanks

Great stay and would stay again. The stay started off a little shaky, but got back on track. The host had given my group permission to get in early, but there was a miscommunication with the cleaning staff. We showed up and the house was a disaster! I contacted the host and he got the cleaning crew over right away! Even if we had come at normal check in of 4pm the cleaning crew would still have been there. The house is beautiful and just as described! The old school coffee maker needs to be replaced, but the Keurig worked just fine. I'd bring extra dish towels for the kitchen and dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher but other then that the house was well stocked. The dishwasher took a long time to run, so run after breakfast and before bed. I'm still giving a 5 star review because the house was great and my group enjoyed the stay. I don't blame the host for the previous guests behavior, but would suggest making sure the cleaning crew is there right away if new guests are arriving the same day.

Beautiful clean home, host responds right away . Pool is just a few steps away . We are a large family and fit very comfortably in this home. Definitely recommend.

Great location. Just make sure if you have guests you get it approved before they show up or they won’t get thru security.
