Each bedroom has it's own bath and TV. The home has a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. Nothing has been overlooked. The beach is just out the back door and the pool and hot tub is just a quick walk on the beautiful landscaped walking path. Nestled between Las Palomas and La Princesa Resorts on Sandy Beach, this gated community offers a private beach and is a rare hidden gem. Very convenient location, just minutes to everything Puerto Peñasco has to offer.

A beautiful property! The home was clean and so close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a slight issue with the fridge not cooling when we arrived, but the host responded right away and the it was fixed shortly thereafter. The responsiveness was impressive. I would recommend this property.
