This house was really fun for three families. The beach access is nice, you do still get vendors approaching the house but it is quieter than some areas on Sandy Beach. The fifth bedroom is a detached casita which worked well for one of the adult couples. The house definitely has some deferred maintenance that need to be addressed but overall it was a nice place to stay. I marked the rating down for the check in process. Instead of being able to take the shorter route to Los Conchas you have to drive all the way into town. Between the longer route and the slow check-in at the Casago office this added about 45 minutes to our arrival at the house. Everything that was done in office could have been done ahead of time through email or a website. It was a bit frustrating. The desk agent forgot to get the gate code so we had to wait in the office another ten minutes for the gate code. Then upon arrival we found that there was also a door code which she had failed to give me. I'd book here again but would ask about online checkin to save the hassle of driving to their rental office.

We had communication issues with Casago. We were never given check in instructions. We had to call casago and they emailed a copy of the rental agreement, which had no check in instructions. Called back and they finally told us we had to pick up keys at Casago. We picked up key but it only opened the front gate. We had to call Casago and after 15 minutes on hold they gave us a code for the main house and the unattached room. Parking is terrible. We had two compact cars. We had a difficult time opening the rusted gate, luckily we had some WD40. Cars barely fit. They do have a garage but we couldn’t figure out how to open it. The house needs to be updated. Furniture is mismatched and uncomfortable. Light bulbs missing from lamps. Home is cluttered, feels like someone lived there and just vacated. The maser bedroom bath is hazardous. It’s clunky and hard to get in without railing. The back patio is nice. Two palms trees that need to be trimmed obstructed our ocean view. Looks like there was a hot tub at one point, that they ripped out and tried to cover it up with two old rusted grills. We paid a lot of money and were not impressed. Next time we will stay somewhere different. I don’t recommend. We have been coming to Puerto Peñasco for years and renting homes in Las Conchas. This was the first time we were not impressed. I don’t recommend.
