To make things even better, this property has deeded access to a private association beach (right near Pleasant St. Beach) that is just a 1/10 of a mile away. The back of the house is covered with windows-- you won't miss any of the salt marsh and Nantucket Sound water views. The salt marsh brings in all kinds of birds for you to watch and enjoy as well. You will be enticed by the expansive, sun-soaked deck; sit back and relax at the comfortable table with umbrella, cooking at your leisure on the gas grill and of course taking in those water views. Inside, you'll find the kitchen is light and bright. It has been updated with granite counter tops, a center island with breakfast bar, a small dining table and all new appliances. Step into the living/dining area and enjoy the cute seating and relaxation spaces. The dining table faces the water; have dinner with a view! Comfortable furnishings face a flat screen cable television and gas fireplace and further sitting surrounds a table, a great spot for reading or playing a board game. Off of the living room are three bedrooms: one with a queen size bed which faces the water and has access to the deck, the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. All three bedrooms have access to updated baths with new tiling. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king size bed and full length windows that highlight this homes truly extraordinary views. The master also enjoys a large, cable television, a private bath with separate tub and shower, and direct access to the deck for those that love that salty Cape Cod air! The fifth bedroom is another plus for this property. It has it's own separate entrance into the lower level of the house, just below the deck, and boasts a private bath, three twin beds, and a table for puzzles or games! The location is stunning, a gorgeous view off the deck, with only a short walk to quiet private beach. The bedrooms vary significantly, the master bedroom is spacious and very comfortable but the others are not as nice, the basement room is very basic and utilitarian, and the other 3 bedrooms are small, cramped, and dated. A disadvantage to being booked through a rental agency, there isn’t accurate information about other details like the contents of the kitchen, the availability of paper goods, cleaning supplies, dish towels… Stay for the location, not the bedrooms.

This was an amazing house. The pictures online do NOT do it justice. It was just about the perfect location with an amazing view of the wetlands and the beach beyond. Tons of birds and wildlife right off the huge deck where we all ate our dinners every night. The manager was super responsive with some minor issues that came up. The secluded private beach is a 5 minute walk down the lane which is what we did every day. We will be back!

We stayed for a week in August 2020 With Five adults, a toddler and 5 year old. There was plenty of room for everyone - particularly for the two who were working hard during the whole vacation. Dinner on the deck with views of the Nantucket sound Was perfect. We cooked out every night and loved it. The beach is a short walk and great for small children. Don’t miss The shower under the deck for sandy feet. We loved our week

Beautiful spacious house that satisfied the needs of our family (age range from 9 to 76! Incredible view and great proximity to a private beach., markets, and town. The only issue we had was the WiFi often did not work. Certainly not a big deal during a vacation, but did cause some frustration. Would absolutely stay there again!

there was no air conditioning in most of the home for 5 days. During that time it was very hot snd humid. we were told it was due to the recent storm. This was not the case according to the repair men.

Check the vintage Fanny Farmer cookbook for some original inspiration. AC is a must and it works perfectly. Lots of space for kids and their friends, friends...Lots of restaurants in the area- check Waquasett inn ( my rec) Rent your own or bring your own sheets, pillows as well if you’re like me. If you rent the linens it’s a easy process. Good luck- we stayed the week of 7-13-19
