Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle villa très propre et très fonctionnelle. La piscine chauffée et clôturée est un véritable plus. Située au calme et à 10 minutes de tout. L’accueil chaleureux avec des fruits et une bouteille de rosé fût apprécié. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, un accueil de mme toledano incroyable, une maison de rêve, très propre et super équipée ( électroménager , mobilier au top et tout ce qu il faut pour un bebe: chaise haute et lit...) avec une superbe piscine!!!! La maison est à 20min de la jonquera, 5min d argeles et 10min de collioure: le paradis!!! Un grand merci à mme toledano! Nous reviendrons c est sur!!!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Alénya, le quartier est très calme. Très belle villa, très bien équipée. Superbe piscine, très bien exposée, ensoleillée toute la journée. La plage est rapidement accessible en voiture. La propriétaire est très accueillante et arrangeante. Lieu idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons sans doute passer nos prochaines vacances d’été dans cette villa.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, super accueil de la propriétaire, très avenante avec ses locataires en offrant des fruits et du vin de la région. Maison très agréable, très bien aménagée et très propre , rien ne manque. La piscine chauffée (en moyenne 29 à 30°) est vraiment un plus et surtout très propre , on voit que tout est bien entretenu. Idéalement placée, cela permet de visiter les environs. Village agréable, avec à proximité les commerces (boulangeries, presse, pharmacie...). Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Adresse à retenir et nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine. Merci Mr et Mme Toledano pour votre accueil.

A notre arrivé nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par la propriétaire et quelques produits locaux (vin, fruits, confitures). La villa est située dans un quartier résidentiel à quelques centaines de mètres du centre du village. Dans le centre de celui-ci se trouvent quelque commerces tels qu'une boulangerie, une pharmacie, une superette, un bureau de poste... Le village est calme et de petite taille, donc pour chercher l'animation, les restaurants et les bars il faudra prendre la voiture. Mais les endroits plus animés sont à quelques minutes. Saint-Cyprien par exemple se trouve à 5 minutes. La maison est moderne et bien équipée. Dans la cuisine il y a tous les ustensiles nécessaires ainsi que les ingrédients de base (sel, poivre, sucre...) La piscine est très belle, chauffée et ensoleillée toute la journée. En résumé nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Nous sommes une famille (couple et deux adolescents ) très satisfaite des prestations: accueil sincère, propreté irréprochable, calme et maison fonctionnelle. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

What a great find! This comfortable, modern, easy-care villa was all we hoped for, and more! The owner, Carmen, was very helpful (the WiFi decided not to work just as we arrived & she did everything she could to ensure it was sorted out as soon as possible!). There were fans provided for the lounge and the bedrooms - which made sleeping much easier! The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of cupboard space in the rooms. There are two bathrooms: an "en suite" and a main bathroom - neither of which has a WC: the single WC is centrally situated in the main hallway. The décor is stylish and unfussy. You step outside from the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area onto the shaded patio with in-built barbecue, which is fantastic for al-fresco dining. The kitchen hob uses bottled gas - we weren't aware we had to turn this on at the bottle in the cupboard first - and is lit using matches. Once this was established, we had no problems with cooking. The garden, which is on three sides of the house, has lawn to the side & back of the house, plus a small patio area at the back, with the main bedroom French Windows opening onto this. Beautiful high Oleander bushes in full flower formed a fragrant hedge around the property, with a fragrant creeping white jasmine climbing up the side of the barbecue chimney at the front of the house. The Pool was excellent: quite warm, so not too much of a shock to the system first thing in the morning; it is surrounded by fencing with a child-proof gate with no access to children unless allowed by an adult. The quiet ambience of the house & garden are enhanced by views of the Pyrenees from the patio. The house is situated on a newish development on the outskirts of Alénya: which could be a little confusing. A map of the village from the Tabac (a few minutes walk away - which is also a "Dépôt de Pain" for your breakfast Baguette) allowed us to find our way easily to the centre and out to the beaches etc. The village centre is an 8-10 minute walk, with a wonderful Bistro (Tapas Bar), a Pizza Bar and a takeaway Pizzeria, as well as a Wine Bar (Cave) which has wine-tastings every Sunday morning throughout the summer. There is a bakery opposite the Town Hall (and others elsewhere further on in the village towards Canet) as well as a very useful Spar Shop which opens on a Sunday evening from 17:30- 21:00 for those last-minute forgotten essentials. There is also an ATM at the Post Office next door. We'd love a return visit!

Carmen made it easy for us as we did not know exactly when we would arrive. We phoned 30 minutes before we arrived and we found her waiting for us. Excellent if you are travelling by car. The property is located close to Perpignan where you can enjoy lunch in the sunshine or a pleasant evening meal. The shops can be expensive but interesting if that is your thing. We enjoyed walks along the beaches and wetlands towards the sea and trips to Ceret and the hills. The views are stunning with Canigou magnificent in the sun with snow on its peaks. There is plenty of room for a good sized car In the drive which is helpful if it rains which it did while we were there. If you enjoy an outdoor life this location is brilliant and the weather will not slow you down. The towns of Canet and St. Cyprien are worth a visit and the latter has great resturants over looking the marina. We will be back in the Autumn if the property is available.

nous avons passé trois semaines dans cette belle maison, propre et bien entretenue. Après un accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire, nous avons eu la bonne surprise de constater que la maison était à l'identique des photos. La piscine est un vrai régal, chauffée et en plus magnifique. Belles promenades en front de mer à ST CYPRIEN, CANET et ARGELES.

Villa spacieuse et agréable. Très belle piscine bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et réactifs quand on les sollicite (fuite de robinet réparée dans l'après-midi même). Villa à recommander sans hésitation.

Nous avions retenu cette jolie maison pour des vacances avec nos amis. Que du bonheur ! La maison est très pratique, claire, joliment décorée. La piscine est une pure merveille !! L'accueil est charmant avec une délicate attention lors de notre arrivée de la part de la propriétaire, disponible et très agréable. Bref nous avons été conquis, par la région, le cadre, la maison, la piscine et l'accueil.... promis nous reviendrons ! Nous conseillons cette location aux familles, couples d'amis, seniors........

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette superbe villa très accueillante, très spacieuse et coquette, il faut dire que les propriétaires font tout leur possible pour satisfaire les vacanciers. Cette maison est très bien située, nous étions à 5 minutes de la mer, environ30 minutes de l’Espagne ainsi qu’une superbe vue sur la montagne. Nous avons également eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la piscine tous les jours car nous avons du soleil pendant tout le long de notre séjour. Vivement l’année prochaine !!!!!

Notre sejour s'est moyennement bien passé ,malgré l'accueil du propiétaire le 1er jour de notre arrivée (fruits ,bouteille de vin).A peine arrivée et encaisser les sous ,la voila déja partir et heusement que j'ai pu poser quelques questions sur la region et les restaurants.Tres aimaible au téléphone avant la location ,après elle est devenu pas très aimaible,car on l'apellait souvent pour le wc qui ne fonctionnait pas a notre arivée :vous avez qu'a ouvrir le wc et tirer la chasse d'eau qu'elle nous a dit .je trouve ca pas normale que les wc n'ont pas pu etre réparer avant,et surtout pendant le sejour elle etait obliger d'intervenir 2 OU 3 fois pour reparer les wc.sur la publicité de la villa ,il y a avit une téle dans la chambre principale ,a l'arrivée pas de télé,la baignoire impossible de prendre des bains car on ne peut pas boucher la baignoire ,pour la piscine bien mais beaucoup trop de vent dans la region ce qui ramene des coconnerie dans la piscine meme quand on la bache,l'aspirateur etait cassé memme si elle nous l'a changé,le frigo congele sur les parois pas sympa pour les aliments et le frigo a du mal a se fermer,obliger de forcer pour le fermer.Le coup de grace c'est que le propiétaire a faillir nous faire payer son parasol qui a été emportév par le vent en notre absence alors qu'elle était rangé commme a notre arrivée,je trouve tous ca dommage,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

location correct correspond au photos rien à dire ? nous avons passés des superbes vacances dans un lieu idéal avec une piscine superbe est très bien entretenue . les propriétaires sont à notre disposition . Séjour à recommander à tous .

Nous avons sejourné l'été dernier dans cette agréable maison. Ce que l'annonce et les photos ne peuvent restituer tous les merveilleux moments que nous y avons passes. Mon fils de 3 ans en parle encore. Pour lui c était "les supers vacances dans la grande maison". Accueil convivial par les propriétaires, confort et bon goût de la location, idéalement située pour de nombreuses sorties (Sigeab, Collioure et même des escapades en Espagne !). S'il n'y avait qu'un mot à dire aux propriétaires : MERCI. Nos "supers vacances" sont inoubliables.

Tout est propice à des vacances de rêve. Le moindre détail est soigné dans cette villa faite pour des vacances sans souci. Le confort, le calme, un goût certain pour la décoration, la disposition des pièces, une piscine magnifique,la proximité de la côte mais sans les désagréments....et une propriétaire à l'image de sa maison, conviviale, accueillante et sans embrouilles. Nous avons déjà idée d'y retourner l'année prochaine.
