Nice resort with good rooms and good pricing in Green Season. The staff were very friendly and welcoming both in reception and restaurant. Beds, shower towels, etc all good and 3 large swimming pools too!
Breakfast was by shuttle to another villa. Get there early, the food is not replenished quickly. Renovations underway so some exterior parts were a bit unsightly, not a major issue. There is a return shuttle to Ao Nang but not much else close to Cha Cha except beach bar/restaurant, Joy Beach, which is good.

The pools were clean and beautiful. All 3 of them and the baby pool. The staff were extremely attentive and check in was a pleasure with fruit and a drink on arrival. I had room service and the meal was also very good.
The tiles were slippery when wet so care was needed

Nice location and a clean tide room
The reception was poor the room that was give was not what was booked and the only alternative that was available was lower grade , the pool sides were very slippery and there was no notice to warn and myself and others slipped also only cheap margarine was available at breakfast.
