The location was ok the breakfast was okay but we’re surprised at the food was cold in the heated vessels and flies were able to land on uncovered food
The rooms were very basic and nowhere to put clothes in for a deluxe room we thought it was poor

Loved our stay at Villa Cha Cha. Beautiful location, yummy breakfast, nice room, amazing restaurant and loved the free shuttle to ao nang - we used it every day!
The only thing (only a small thing) was that there wasn’t a 7 eleven very close to us and there were some very rowdy neighbours to our hotel room which meant we didn’t get much sleep for a couple of nights but not the hotel’s fault!

Das Resort selber war schön dekoriert und generell war das Hotel schön. Der freie Shuttle Service war sehr praktisch.
In den Zimmern fehlt der Kleiderschrank. Wir mussten unsere Kleidung dann auf dem Sofa ausräumen, was bei zwei Wochen Urlaub wirklich nicht toll ist.
Im Badezimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit irgendeine Handtuch aufzuhängen. Nicht einmal für die Hände.
Die Zimmer werden nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt und teilweise auch erst am Abend. Es gibt neue Handtücher aber gewischt oder ähnliches wird nicht.
Aber das wirklich schlimme war das Personal.
Super langsam, unmotiviert und einfach als ob sie noch nie in einem Hotel oder generell der Gastronomie gearbeitet hätten. Benutztes Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt, man wartet auf Bestellungen extrem lange (30min für 3 Dosen Cola allerdings erst nach Rückfrage und das Essen kam dann nach erneuter Rückfrage nach ca. 1h), Shakes die man an den Pool bestellt haben dauern min eine halbe Stunde..
Das Personal spricht im Service sehr schlechtes Englisch aber auch an der Rezeption bekommt man das Gefühl, dass einen die Leute einfach nicht verstehen.
Wir wollten Roller für den nächsten Tag mieten, haben dann am Abend noch die Information erhalten, dass man keine Roller reservieren kann, sondern sie dann einfach direkt mietet wenn noch welche verfügbar sind. Am nächsten Morgen waren wir gegen 09:00 Uhr an der Rezeption um nocheinmal Rücksprache zu halten und es hieß wir können 3 Roller jederzeit ausleihen. Gegen 11 Uhr als wir dann los wollten kam auf einmal die Info, alle verfügbaren Roller wären reserviert und es gibt keine mehr. Es wurde dann auch nicht weitergeholfen sondern wir mussten in der Umgebung selber nach Rollern suchen.
Hier als Tipp: links aus dem Hotel raus ist nach ca. 5min kommt eine kleine Vermietung. Sehr kompetent und zudem günstiger als im Hotel.
Der Aussenbereich ist schön hergerichtet aber der Pool wird nicht richtig gereinigt und es gibt nicht für jede liege eine Auflage. Dh. Wenn man in der Früh zu spät ist muss man den Tag auf einer Holzliege verbringen.

It’s in front of the beach and had five (very small) pools.
If you consider staying here, make sure you check if your bed sheets were actually changed immediately when you arrive.
When we arrived we saw a lot of stains in the bed and asked for it to be changed. When I came back two hours later they told me the room was cleaned again, however when i got to the room nothing had happend and they had just made the bed again without changing the sheets?! I went to the front desk and it took some convincing to send someone up.
It took four housekeepers and 25 minutes to change all the beds sheets.
We stayed for 4 nights and the room was never cleaned, even while putting the sign on the door. On the contrary, the room was a bit more dirty everyone they came (black hairs on multiple spots - we’re both blond).
I could write about the bad hygiene of this hotel for a longtime. All the spaces are dirty and not well cleaned, the pools are not very clean, the public toilets close yo the restaurant and pools barely cleaned - there was a dead frog on the floor just laying there during our whole stay.
The overall cleanliness of this place is very bad. On top of this the front office staff is unmotivated and not particularly friendly.
The restaurant is very overpriced and the quality is bad. Judging the overal hygiene of the hotel, i don’t expect the kitchen to be clean at all.

This one is not exceptional, I don't know why people are living here
Cleaning don't change bedroom sheets.
It is very loud at evenings, I can hear all the noise from outside (super loud music and people) and from the neighboring rooms (even the people speaking)
If you go to breakfast at 8 (the start is on 7), a lot of food will be finished, so you have to choose from leftovers. I've told the personnel that some food was finished.. they ignored me
Also, I've got poisoned eating the lunch here

Bardzo brzydka plaża a w zasadzie jej brak.
Słabe śniadania.
Zapłaciliśmy za 4 pokoje z widokiem na morze, widok dostaliśmy tylko w 1 pokoju i to „boczny”. Poprosiłam o pokoje obok siebie, hotel spełnił prośbę i na moje zapytanie czy pokoje będą miały widok na morze - to był priorytet, zapewniał że widok będzie na morze - NIE BYŁO !!! Tak się nie robi. Nie polecam bo są nieuczciwi.

Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtetes Hotel. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, fußläufig sind die Geschäfte im Ort gut erreichbar. Wer Party möchte ist hier allerdings an der falschen Adresse. Abends gab es bis 22.00 Uhr Live Musik , was völlig in Ordnung war. Das gesamte Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichlich, es fehlte an nichts. Die 3 vorhandenen Pools waren sauber & wurden täglich gereinigt . Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt & kommen gerne wieder.
Wir können dieses Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen
Nur als Anregung / Information an das Hotel :
Leider fehlt ein Schrank um seine Sachen abzulegen, diese hatten wir in der gesamten Zeit im Koffer. Mit einem Kleiderschrank im Zimmer wäre alles perfekt gewesen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht schlecht englisch.
Der verantwortliche Rezeptionist kann richtig schlecht gelaunt werden wenn nicht alles so läuft wie er es will.
Wir hatten Wäsche zur Reinigung gegeben es fehlten 2 t-Shirts. Die Bettwäsche war nicht gut gereinigt es waren Blutflecken darauf.

Mehrere Pools- das Meer kann man nicht benutzen. Schlamm und ganz viel Ebb/Flut Bewegung. Deshalb waren die Pools sehr gut. Niemand ist im Meer geschwommen.
Shuttle bis ins Krabi-Town, kann gerne ausgebaut werden.
Jeden Abend Live Musik.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist in Ordnung..
Die Zimmer sind auf dem ersten Blick auch komfortabel und schön.
Die Duschgels und das Shampoo riechen wirklich super.
Die Lage- ist ziemlich ausserhalb.. Man kann aber gut über Grab/ Shuttle in die Stadt kommen.
Die fehlende Sauberkeit. aich habe mal mitbekommen, wie die Zimmer gereinigt werden.. Durchgewischt wird nie(!!). Nur gefegt.
Die Bettdecke achleift auf dem Boden beim Beziehen.. es wird kurz alles mit einem Lappen kurz abgewischt.

Die Zimmer an soch sind bisschen.. verfallen.
Löcher wurden gespachtelt und drum rum wurde nicht sauber gemacht( warum?!) Wände sind eher dreckig, staub auf dem Nachttisch. Wir mussten wegen des Babys echt auch mal den Nachtschrank abwischen- das Tuch war einfach schwarz.
Schimmel in den Fugen im Bad, der nicht mehr lustig ist..
Schade. Das Reinigungspersonal ist wirklich sehr nett. Ich wünsche dem Hotel, dass es auch an der Qualität der Sauberkeit arbeitet.
Der Front desk war in Ordnung. Oft viel los, aber im Grundsatz freundlich.

Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Pt déjeuner continental très copieux. Les extérieurs, piscines, bar et restaurant très bien décorés et le tout très propre. Le personnel très sympathique ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Thankfully we only stayed one night. The whole hotel was tired, under maintained and budget amenities at blown up prices.
FALSE ADVERTISING: We paid for a sea view apartment which ended up being blocked entirely by the massage house and bar. The entire hotel right from the frontage to the actual room itself, was covered in mould and dust - like they didn't even bother to make the necessary uptake work just interested in making money
TERRIBLE STAFF DEMEANOR: From the time we checked in, the staff was extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating, couldn't understand (or possibly pretended not to understand) what we were saying in basic English. They were so blunt in anything that they said ( I've been to soo many hotels and places in Thailand, even places that could not speak English, and yet Villa Cha-cha was the worst of all)
LACK OF PRIVACY: unless you closed ALL the curtains in the whole room, you had absolutely no privacy as the masseuses, other residents and staff could look into the room. What's the point of sea view, if you can't even open the curtains
POOR LIGHTING: In addition to the lack of privacy, the lighting was terrible. No ceiling light whatsoever. The only lights that were installed were so dull that it felt like we were in a cave. On top of that the bedside lamp didn't work either.
TERRIBLE BATHROOM DESIGN AND FITTINGS: besides being unnecessarily spacious (bedroom was cramped but toilet had enough room to fit a bed), the bathroom section had no drain below/near the shower, so you had to walk through dirty shower water to get out of the shower area to get dry. The counter tops had barely been wiped and the previous residents' hair was on the wall
Bathroom CURTAINS AND WALLS HAD BLACK MOULD. Old fixtutes, with gross water stains on the fixtures. Bathroom CURTAINS and walls had black mould.

Nichts! Preisleistung passt garnicht. Frühstück war bunt und vielfältig. Wenn allerdings Armeisen und andere Tierchen in Salaten sind hört es auf. Zimmer sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Preise stehen im keinen Verhältnis

Die Aussicht beim Frühstück auf die Berge ( wenn das Meer mal da ist) war traumhaft!
Leider war das Hotel sehr ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen!
Die Fliesen im Pool waren an vielen Stellen defekt und nur notdürftig geflickt, so dass wir mitansehen mussten wie ein Kind sich schwer den Fuß aufgeschlagen hat!
Teilweise sind Fliesen auf den Zuwegungen defekt und liegen dort herum. Vor einem Regenwasserablauf tat sich ein Loch auf! Unfallgefahr, scheint Niemanden zu interessieren!
Das Personal beim Frühstück war mehr mit dem Handy und mit sich selbst beschäftigt als mit den Gästen! Service fand leider gar nicht statt!
Der bestellte Cappuccino ( da der am Buffet (Pulver Kaffee) grausig schmeckt) kam meistens erst wenn man mit dem Frühstück bereits fertig war!
Hygiene im und am Buffet ein Fremdwort! Tische werden viel zu spät abgeräumt, mit etwas Glück danach abgeputzt!
Das Meer ( welches Meer???) hatte zu unserer Zeit gefühlt leider immer Ebbe! So war es eigentlich mehr ein Schlammgebiet! Schwimmen ist dort nicht möglich!
Bei der Thaimassage hatte die nette Dame immer wieder ihr Handy in der Hand, oder unterhielt sich mit ihren Kollegen! Hat für mich mit Entspannung nichts zu tun!!
Auch bei unserer gewünschten verfrühten Abfahrt wurde uns Seitens des Hotels leider nicht entgegengekommen!! Unsere Hinweise auf die Unfallgefahren wurden zur Kenntnis genommen! Kein Ansatz von Einsicht, oder Mängelbeseitigung!
Für alles ist die Zentrale in Bangkok zuständig, anscheinend Niemand im Hotel selbst!

Het is rustig gelegen aan een strand met prachtig uitzicht op de krijtrotsen en een paar leuke barretjes.
Voldoende en nette (ruime) faciliteiten.
Zwembad is netjes en leuk voor de kids.
Ao Nang zelf is verschrikkelijk toeristisch en druk, dus dit is wel een fijne uitvalsbasis. Vanaf 12uur rijd er om de 2uur een shuttle naar Ao Nang, duurt ongeveer 15 min, prima te doen
Strand/zee. Ga hier niet naar toe met de gedachte er lekker te kunnen zwemmen of snorkelen. De zee trekt met eb met gemak 100m terug. Leuk om krabbetjes en zeesterren te bekijken met kids, maar verder kan je er niks. Water is bruin, dus niet zoals op foto's en zand bestaat uit steentjes en koraal, dus ook niet prettig voor kinderen om in te spelen.
