Access to the beach and walking street was great. Fun to have a 'jacuzzi' room to retreat to whenever it rained. Lovely staff
Was a bit disconcerting seeing the huge monitor lizards everywhere - would have liked to have been told about these and told not to worry.

The rooms and the location to the beach were excellent
Miscommunication and charged for one type of plain water and not the other? Was not really a good way to end the stay.

We loved the location of the hotel. It is situated on the West side right next to the walking street. It made it easy to go out at night and especially for sunset drinks. The beach is very busy during the day but it quiets down when the day tourist leave. The hotel's restaurant is right on the beach. Breakfast was sufficient with a good variety to choose from. The swimming pool was great - it is long and winds down the rooms. There are no cars on Railay beach which is wonderful for a relaxing stay. Railay was one of our highlights of the holiday. We went out on a long tail boat to go snorkelling and it was a great experience. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars on Railay. The people were very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Highly recommended to visit.
The rooms can do with an upgrade but I do appreciate that it is difficult to get to Railay as there are no roads that lead to Railay. This makes getting building material and maintenance difficult. I am surprised that that they have managed to build such a nice place there.

The resort is on the beach & the location is nice. The beach itself is also nice. The rooms are fine.
The restaurant was horrible with Bad food, Horrible services & Very ignorant stuff. The don't even care about the customers. We ordered food, that was never delivered but it was mentioned on the bill. When we we asked why, they told it's mot possible for them to take it out & we have to eat it some other day. We haven't seen anything like this anywhere else. If you are staying here, avoid the restaurant. Breakfast options were limited & not really good. The resort it was not that great, at least its not 4 star at all. The services were not up to the mark. the scope of improvements are plenty.
