Great apartment, plenty of room for everyone, clean and in the middle of everything. Walking distance to all the local destinations. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

The location of the apartment is perfect for a stay in Porto. It is close to shops, restaurants, and sights to see. The apartment was clean and the agent and owner were very responsive when we had a question or issue.
A couple of interesting items:
* the refrigerator does not have a freezer, which is odd. This was a minor problem and one of us needed ice for pain.
* the one bed did not have a top sheet. We understand that can be typical in Europe but we prefer a top sheet on the bed
But we give it 5 stars for all the amenities provided and the location.

We really enjoyed our stay, Marc was very easy to communicate with right from the time we booked months back to the day we checked out. The location was fantastic close to shopping, bars and transportation and a short 10 minute walk to the port lodges across the River. A full-size fridge and dishwasher also made it easy to keep treats handy and clean up after. The beds were large and comfortable.

Our stay was very comfortable, the apartment was beautiful with high windows and ceilings made you feel like you were away from the norm.
Was central to everything, host replied to all our messages no problems with check in or out.

The property is located in a central area of Porto and you have access by walking to many different areas easily and if needed taking trains or metro/bus.
Porto is beautiful city, many restaurants/cafes and places to visit. We enjoyed our stay.

Really cool location! Just around the corner from the main pedestrian street with all kinds of restaurants!
An amazing pastel de Nata cafe at the base of the building.
The apartment is very spacious and quite comfortable.
The third bedroom is an elevated platform above the living room. That’s is cool, but also means the person using it can’t really go to sleep until everyone else is in bed 😂.
The beds were comfortable and each space had its own AC controls.

Great location for sightseeing, shopping, transport links. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has air-con in the lounge area. During our 5 day stay the lift to this 2nd floor apartment only worked on four occasions! Most disappointing when you arrive with heavy suitcases and there are six flights of stairs to climb. Although the diminutive Rita did a sterling job getting one heavy suitcase up stairs. Make sure you are fit and healthy. Outside there were extensive road works, as well as, excavation work for an extension of the underground system. Luckily a local shopkeeper explained about the sirens and explosions, which rattled the windows during the day. We only used the kitchen for breakfast and snacks, a tea towel would have been useful.

Although we didn't meet the owner he arranged for someone else to meet us. Our flight was delayed for 4 hours but contacted them to make them aware of this. When we landed we contacted the lady. She met us at the property and showed us where things were. Brilliant place. They had everything for you to self cater. Lots of cutlery, glasses, pans etc. Beds were really comfortable. When in Porto would definitely stay here again. Great apartment. Thanks

On top of that the location is smack middle in the center of all the points of interest in Porto (walking distance to everything).
It was very clean, easy check in and check out process.
Parking was a bit difficult in the sense that during the day you have to refill the meter every 2 hour if you’re lucky enough to find parking in front of the building (we were). Otherwise there’s a public paid parking in walking distance under the park in front of Bolsa Palace. It’s a bit pricy (we paid 34 euro to park for 24 hours, but you have peace of mind)
If I were to visit Porto again, I would be delighted to stay at this apt again. It was marvelous.

nice apt and nice location but parking fees will kill you if you have a car. We paid $70 per day to park our car in a parking garage when we were told it will $25/day. Also the place has nice set of appliance but you need to bring your own coffee, shampoo and bodywash!!!

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Lisbon! The apartment was spotless and well equipped and in the best location! It was a quick walk to Ribiera Square, Sao Bento Train Station and many wonderful restaurants. It's also 2 doors down from Castro, our favorite place for pastel de nata and espresso!

Loved the location of this property. The floor to ceiling windows were beautiful. Location to excellent restaurants was great. The kitchen was well equipped except for no paper towels or napkins. Also, there was no soap for the showers. Two things could be updated, the towels and pillows in the bedrooms. We had to buy our own soap and paper towels. Besides that, it was great. We would definitely choose this place again.

Marc was a great host and the apartment was as described. Check in and out was very smooth. Would highly recommend as it is in a great location near Sao Bento station and there are plenty of Restaurants. Thanks Marc for a lovely stay.

Very nice city with many musicians and singers playing in the streets around the apartment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Apartment is extremely well located for seeing the city . Host was quite accommodating and helpful for checkin and check out. However Underground parking is an issue and extremely expensive which added a lot to the cost of the holiday. It would be beneficial if better information was provided for this prior to checkin with options and costs of where to park. There are no laundry facilities here either which we missed having access to as well. Overall great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
