Located in Saint-Paul, this charming condo for $87 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Ermitage, in the most popular place on the island due to its micro-climate: sun all year long and sheltered from the prevailing winds, especially during the austral winter. The apartment offers a direct access to the beach (no roads to cross if you take the path along the beach) and the lagoon is sheltered by a coral reef. This comfortable apartment of 70 sq.m will delight you with its original architectural design and conveniences offered: Completely equipped with dishwasher, internet access and air-conditioning. A not overlooked terrace of 20 sq.m with view of the hills of Saint-Gilles on one side and the sea shore on the other side. Capacity of accommodation for 6 people (bed of 160x200 cm in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed of 140x200 cm on the Mezzanine, and 1 sofa bed in the living room) with good quality bedding. Secure parking and bicycle storage (possibility of using a booster seat and a trailer for children). Shops are at the foot on the residence. Super appartement, très bien équipé presque comme à la maison. À proximité de tout pour manger, faire les courses, le marché du dimanche au bas de l'immeuble, la plage à 2 pas. Très bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont fait en sorte d'avoir tout ce qu'il nous faut pour bébé. Adresse à retenir pour des prochaines vacances.

Situation exceptionnelle
Très bel appartement, spacieux, très agréable, bien équipé, avec en particulier une terrasse exceptionnelle qui permet de profiter de la douceur du climat.
L’appartement est très bien situé, dans un site présentant de nombreux avantages : belle plage, restaurants, commerces à proximité, et le marché de l’Ermitage le dimanche matin au pied de l’immeuble. L’immeuble et le parking sont sécurisés.
Merci aux propriétaires de leur accueil et de la mise à disposition de l’appartement dès notre arrivée matinale.
Si nous retournons à la Réunion, notre choix se portera très probablement sur cet appartement.

Super appartement idéalement situé
Je recommande vivement : Très bel appartement bien équipé, de très bon rapport qualité/prix et idéalement situé près de la plage du lagon (pour la baignade et l'exploration des fonds marins), des commerces (supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie, cabinet médical, restaurants, marché le dimanche aux pieds de la résidence sécurisée).
De plus, propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants (Nous avons pu poser les valises et la voiture dès notre arrivée dans la matinée au lieu de 16h en principe et nous sommes baladés le temps qu'ils terminent le ménage).
Nous aurions vraiment pu vivre de superbes vacances dans cet appartement et ce magnifique endroit mais malheureusement, le corona virus nous a contraint nous aussi au "confinement" et nous a obligé à raccourcir notre séjour sur demande d'Air France dont les vols allaient être supprimés. Là encore, M. Sylvestre a pris régulièrement de nos nouvelles en cette période particulière et a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer (et d'effectuer rapidement après notre départ) le remboursement de la semaine dont nous n'avons pas pu profiter. Geste fort apprécié bien sûr car, à contrario, l'agence de location de voiture n'a pas voulu nous rembourser et nous a fait un avoir que nous ne pourrons certainement pas utiliser si nous ne revenons pas avant 1 an.
Alors certes, le séjour a été gâché à cause de la pandémie mais nous étions bien contents d'avoir tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement (télé pour les infos, téléphone et internet illimité) pour organiser notre retour précipité en Métropole (Modification de vol, réservation hôtel, taxi, train, …).
Bref, je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement et ses propriétaires.

Excellent séjour
Idéal emplacement pour ce très bel appartement agencé avec goût. Une terrasse spacieuse où il fait bon le soir de se poser pour l'apéro convivial tandis que les oiseaux rivalisent de concert.. Très calme par ailleurs. On y dort bien car c'est aéré et/ou climatisé au besoin. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir profiter du lagon tout proche..

une belle adresse
Nous avons passé un super séjour à la Réunion et notre logement y a beaucoup contribué. Très bien placé, les commerces principaux à proximité et surtout la belle plage à 50 mètres idéal avec les enfants et bien placé aussi par rapport aux routes, si vous voulez visiter cette belle île. Le propriétaire est très sympa et très serviable de la réservation jusqu' à l'arrivée et le jour du départ.
Si nous avons la chance de revenir à la Réunion, pas la peine de chercher une autre location, nous savons que nous pouvons relouer les yeux fermés ce bel appartement….

Ne correspond en rien à un appartement de standing.
Rendez vous pas très bien organisé., difficile de repérer le bon parking, puis la place de parking dans la mesure où le deuxième chiffre des emplacements est effacé pour la majorité d entre-eux. Appartement au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, non précisé, décrit comme un appartement de 87 m2 qui en fait semble en faire la moitié. L etat des lieux global mériterait un net raffraichissement aussi bien en ce qui concerne l électroménager que les peintures et l etat des tissus des fauteuils passé, la 2ème chambre est en fait un lit en mezzanine avec un cabinet de toilettes.

Tout commence avec une procédure d'arrivée très claire et détaillée nous permettant de récupérer les clés dès notre arrivée sur l'île, un gros plus car se balader avec les valises aurait été pénible.
L'appartement ne peux pas être plus complet, tout y est fourni et présent : draps, serviettes, machine à café, nespresso, lave vaisselle, machine à laver ect....
L'appartement est décoré avec goût et l'on s'y sent très vite comme chez nous.
Idéalement situé au mail Rodrigue, la plage est à 2 minutes et les commerces sont tout aussi proches
Et pour bien terminer les choses, les propriétaires sont très gentils et très arrangeant. Je recommande grandement

Un bel espace à l'image de ses hôtes où il fait bon vivre !
Nous avons été accueillies par la famille Sylvestre au complet avec beaucoup de chaleur et de bienveillance.
Le jour de notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de départ de vacanciers. Aussi nos hôtes nous ont gentiment permis de nous installer bien avant l'heure réglementaire. C'était très appréciable car nous venions de faire un très long voyage !
L'appartement est bien entretenu, spacieux, lumineux et bien aéré. Le linge de maison est propre et parfumé. Quelques produits de première nécessité sont disponibles (nous pouvons aller nager et faire les courses le lendemain !). J'étais en vacances seule avec mon enfant c'était très agréable de me sentir en sécurité dans cette location bien située. A quelques pas il y a : le lagon, l'une des plus prestigieuses boulangeries de l'île, un magasin avec des produits bio, plusieurs autres commerces et restaurants. Quel bonheur de pouvoir à la fois profiter du coucher et du lever du soleil depuis l'appartement, du gazouillis de plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux dans les filaos à la tombée de la nuit et d'arpenter le dimanche le marché installé au pied de l'immeuble !
Pour nos prochaines vacances à La Réunion nous réserverons, il est certain chez la famille Sylvestre !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement où on se sent bien et idéalement situé au cœur de l’ermitage. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli par Stéphane 😃�. L’appartement est très bien équipé, si vous avez des enfants pas besoin d'apporter de jouets, masques, tubas....tout est à votre disposition. Si nous devions revenir à la Reunion, nous lourions sans hésitation cet appartement.

Es hat uns 5 (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, spricht gut Englisch und ist sehr zuverlässig. Auch die Lage fanden wir prima (Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker & Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.
Les plus de l'appartement : localisation idéale : lagon à portée de pieds moins de 5 minutes, commerces de proximité et restaurants. Masques, tubas, parasol, jouets de plage et de maison, livres adultes et enfants, appartement très bien équipé, terrasse très agréable... tout au top !
Le seul mini bémol à prendre en compte en fonction du groupe est un petit manque d'intimité pour les sanitaires (pas de porte à ceux du haut) et 3eme étages sans ascenseur si problème de mobilité.
L'appartement est très propre et le propriétaire fort sympathique. La communication est facile et l'arrivée et le départ sont facilités.
Location à recommander vivement.
Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour le secteur.

Owner very friendly and welcoming. Suits couple or family (if children safe on stairs). Secure parking immediately behind building. Great location from which to explore the area. Our family enjoyed swimming in lagoon, SCUBA diving, glass bottom boat trip, sunset dinners and trips to the cirques and volcano.

We stayed in flat for 12 days and enjoyed it very much. Flat quite spacious and well appointed, everything one needs is available. Most of our time was spent on the lovely large veranda. It is very convenient that the beach is practically on the doorstep and a large supermarket just around the corner.
