You won't be disappointed in this spacious and tastefully decorated, fully furnished, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo on the 7th floor. This ample unit is 1,236 square feet and has unobstructed and breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy breakfast on the glass lined balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and the world renowned Hollywood Beach, then just a few steps away, lounge by the pool or head to the beach for a swim or a walk. The Tides at Hollywood Beach has been fully renovated, featuring two swimming pools with extensive sun decks, beautifully landscaped grounds, 24-Hour State-of-the-art Fitness Center, Stylish ultra-contemporary lobby, Concierge services, Valet parking, Attended front desk, 24-Hour security and Access Control. OTHER FEES: Parking: Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 55" LED TV, work desk/chair and a large window with ocean views. => The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and a Twin Size Bed with a 46" LED TV. Room also has a large window with ocean views. => Living Room is beautifully furnished with sleeper sofa with chaise loungers at each end, 60" LED TV, DVD Player, and Bluetooth Speaker System. Living room has sliding glass doors leading to the large balcony that has amazing pool and ocean views. Our stay at the condo was very nice! The checkin instructions were clear and detailed. The outdoor pool was heated nicely, and made it so my kids could swim even in colder rainy weather.
Furniture and beds were very comfortable! The owners were easy to get ahold of and accommodating.

The check in process was difficult, time consuming and confusing from the parking attendant to location of the office to running out of parking hang tags and laundry cards that money has to be loaded onto to access the laundry facilities. We were counting on doing laundry before going on our cruise and the staff said there was nothing they could do so I had to go find a laundry mat which was not convenient at all and I was depending on it as per the description on VRBO. Staff was not to friendly or helpful at all. After finally getting checked in and finding our room, the room was nice and roomy and clean and just as expected. The view was great and was over looking the pool and beach. There weren't any towels in the bathrooms and we looked and finally found some in the master bedroom closet and divided between the 2 restrooms. After leaving I realized that we got over charged for the parking and waiting to hear back on a resolution. Overall, great condo horrible check in process and staff.

We wanted to be in Miami- but wanted access to beach and pool. This was a great location to visit Hollywood beach and Miami areas. We were able to go to beach and pool depending on our mood. Building felt very safe.
I didn’t love the bed- too soft for me but my kids slept well. Would be great if there were cookie sheets or an oven safe pan.

Jorge was also prompt when I had a request. Thank you for letting us check in early and giving us extra 1.5 hours at checkout. It really helped us out.

There is a small cafe- called Patagonia. They had delicious pastries and empanadas - it’s literally just across the street.
Also the other building has a small cafe/store if you need toilet paper, water- they have breakfast sandwiches , pizza - i am pointing out because I was not aware until we were at the end of our stay

The host was very responsive and extremely accommodating! The property is nicely decorated, comfortable, and homey. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable and everything appeared very clean. The check in process is a bit slow but overall was not a deterrent. The amenities are very nice and easy to access. We had a great stay!

The check in process was easy and the ladies doing the check in were great. The condo was perfect for 4 adult women. Requested more bath towels and they were delivered within an hour. All in all it was a great experience and we would love to go back again!

The condo was beautifully designed and had an amazing location in Hollywood, FL. The pool and beach access were within a few steps and easy to get to. Per all of the other reviews, make sure you read the instructions for checking in. We did and still found the process to be a little laborious esp with two small kids but that’s not the condo owners fault. They had everything you would need for the beach in the condo and we cooked every meal and had pretty much all we needed in the kitchen. This is a very family friendly area and perfect for kids of all ages. We had a blast!

Friends trip to the beach. Beautifully decorated and furnished condo. Attentive owners. Beds were amazing. Check in process, paying for parking, passes and key fobs was the greatest downfall. The whole process could be done much more efficiently without being directed down corridors and then requiring items be brought up through the service elevators. Not the owners fault. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was very nice and clean. The only couple things that could have been improved is there were no hand towels to dry your hands after you washed them. Also we were only given 1 wash cloth for 4 people. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Overall, this unit was suitable for us and we will likely rent again.

Jorge and Mara were fantastic! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. We are a family of 6 with young children. Traveling with 4 young children can be tough when you’re restricted by time constraints but Jorge made things easy by allowing us to put our luggage in the unit while it was being cleaned. He also allowed for a bit later check out. The hosts are very flexible in accommodating guests which is much appreciated!

This condo is exactly as shown. Beautiful, and well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, bath towels, plenty of storage including 2 walk in closets. It Also included everything needed for a day at the beach with 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and an umbrella that works! The hosts were extremely quick to respond to any questions I had.
The down side was the building itself. The key fobs at 30.00 each, 75.00 parking per vehicle, the hospital looking plastic wristband that you are required to keep on for the duration of your stay, they also require you to leave your driver's license at the front desk to use a luggage or grocery cart, and you must buy a "laundry" card for 7.00 then load it with a minimum of 10.00 using there device that is mounted on a wall. Whewww! Way to many rules for me.
All of that is stated on the vrbo site, but I just didn't realize what a hassle it would all be. And the facility rules and procedures are totally out of the condo owners control, which is a shame, because the condo itself was wonderful!

This was very nicely decorated condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool and beach or just steps away, and the balcony makes for an easy place to go to view the water! we had everything we needed for our visit, including beach accessories. The only downside was the check in process at the desk to get our key fobs . The customer service left much to be desired. Even with that, however, our trip was still worthwhile staying here and I would recommend this as a nice place to stay if you are visiting the area.

Overall the condo was great. Not a whole lot of restaurants that are within walking distance. Had to Uber everywhere. The beach had allot of seaweed when we went. We have been to that beach before when it didn’t have seaweed and was nice. Guest should be told ahead about the final you have to pay for. Had to pay 90 for 3 fobs to get in and out to the boardwalk to beach and into hotel.

We had a great time for our 8 day stay! Great communication w the owners. Great restaurants all within a 5 minute ride or short walking distance. We just felt bad for all the stray cats and 2 were really hurt bad. We tried to get in touch w Cat rescue but no luck. Would visit again.

My family (parents and sister with her kids) stayed here for a whole week and enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the apartment. My mom did comment that the floor of the apartment could be clean more thoroughly, also there was a lot of dust under the beds but other than that they like the apartment, the location and the building :) Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was our first time in Hollywood Beach and can't wait to go back. The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location!!! We will definitely stay again. Check in was easy. We actually arrived a little early and the owner kept us up to date on the status of the room being ready. I know there were complaints about additional fees and paper products not being provided, but this is clearly stated on the site before booking. There was a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and a garbage bag to get you started!

Beautifully decorated, clean, and amazing location. Very close to everything- only downside are the extra fees associated for parking and key fobs make sure to account for that! Otherwise everything was great and property owners are very responsive!

The property was great. I had read the reviews and so came prepared with extra toilet paper and paper towels. Like previous reviews stated, the check in process was not the best. The owners do their best to prepare you, but they don’t control the poor service, so I would not fault them. The building personnel was not very helpful and the valet folks were rude, but again, this is out of the owners’ control. As long as you are prepared and ask questions, the check in frustration can be mitigated. Overall the property was amazing and my family and I had a blast!
