Fantastico soggiorno a Sofia

L' appartamento è molto bello e accogliente. Noi abbiamo prenotato il n. 1 e 2 hanno l' ingresso in comune e poi ci sono 3 camere da letto con due bagni. L' acqua era sempre calda e i termosifoni sempre accesi. Materassi comodi, prese e abatjour vicini ai letti. L' appartamento è molto centrale ci ha permesso di visitare Sofia a piedi. A pochi minuti c'è la Lidl e diversi bar dove fare colazione o merende. Io consiglio il green Deli café. La signora Liubka è stata sempre celere nel rispondere ai messaggi, molto simpatica e gentile.

We loved it

Everything was perfect. The house is really nice, well kept and clean. It's also near Vitosha Boulevard, so lots of shops, bars and things to do. Beds are clean and comfortable, the wifi works really well. The two bathrooms are small but equipped with everything you might need. We will surely come back

There is no real kitchen, just a small electric oven/microwave and a hot plate. But they work well so it's not a real problem!

Nice location but property and service weren't great.

The location of the house is really good. The rooms are spacious and characterful.

The property was not cleaned when we arrived and we spent two hours waiting after the check in time. There wasn't sufficient hot water for showers. There is no air conditioning and this can be a problem on really hot days.

The front door was very old and unsecured. Also there was smell of dampness in the house.

Good location.

No real kitchen in property. You need to wash dishes in bathroom. No microwave. You can't lock the apartment from inside, really annoying when you have little children.

Owner/ agent not exactly a communicator, don’t expect a reply quickly, if at all. For example , when you go to a property and the keys are hanging out the lock on arrival in full view of anyone passing , and you send an e mail to let them know, you expect a reply! Even more so after their rather cheeky set of e mail instructions with exclamation marks and highlighted letters all over it , as if it was meant for a child. Other issue was someone banging on front door at 2-3 in the morning on 3 nights out of 4. Granted not a fault of the owner, but also not good , especially if there were lone females or young children in the property. Finally, I’ve got rash on both legs due to mites/ bed bugs after having itch each night in bed. Hate to think how long mattress has been on the bed…

They don't have the parking and the parking that host suggest cost 2 lev per hour, so for full day you will pay 48 lev!!! If you have the car, this apartment not for you. During our stay (2 days), 1 day we didn't have the hot water.

Very good

Location was brilliant. An easy walk to the shops, parks and attractions. The apartment was fab with plenty of room and beds to choose from as well as two bathrooms. An assortment of kitchen utensils was supplied as well as a fridge and kettle for a morning cup of tea!

Very high ceiling is perfect.The decoration of the house was superb.it was a very large flat with New furniture and two bathrooms and two TVs.

There is no kitchen in the flat.The kitchen appliances are very limited😔 we cannot cook at home

Be carefully, the owner isn't correct,!!

Was clean and is big apartament.

The dor was impossible to close for inside. Communication was perfect but when I tell to make invoice they start to tell me need to pay extra tax 20%.

Great location and very spacious place

Travelling with family of 5, this place was great! Very good location, close to everything. 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms was absolutely perfect for our family. Would come back

Very special and very good located but noisy apartment.

Very good located near all main city spots. The interior is very nice with lot of details, which makes it really special. The rooms are quite big with high ceiling creating a good room feeling. Check-in by key locker is very comfortable.

Unfortunately no possibility to store the luggage after check-out in case you have a late flight. The communication could be smoother, sometimes you need to run after answers. Very noisy in the morning because of the central location and bad sound isolation. Kitchen equipment very basic.

Very good

The apartment is located in the centre of Sofia, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It is really interesting furbished, you feel like living in an artist's house.

The apartment has no air-conditioning and it was really hot during the night. There were no mosquito nets on the windows so you couldn't open the windows to have fresh air. Next to the apartment there is a bar with concerts so it gets noisy if you open the windows, at least until midnight.

No AC, no screens on windows. Cheap unscrupulous management.

This property has no screens on the windows and no air conditioning. It's a trivial expense and absolutely necessary in a city with temperatures of 35+ celcius. It was 41 celcius in the apartment. Management/owner does not care about providing a reasonable place to stay. I booked for 4 days but immediately left and asked for a reasonable resolution with the management but they unscrupulously refunded none of my reservation.

Wonderful apartment. Excellent location, clean, bright, something for everyone. One of the most beautiful places I ever stay !

Only 1 minor thing. We didn't receive email - instruction for the keys, entry, code, before arrival.

Good

Location is great. Having two fully equipped bathrooms at your disposal is comfortable. It was clean and the view at this maple tree is wonderful.

One of the bedrooms is quite dark, even at sunny days. The shower inside a bathroom needs a glass protection or at least a curtain to be able to also use a toilet. There is enough space to add a kitchen corner in one of the rooms, can make a huge difference. A washing machine would also add a lot more versatility. People kept looking for keys in our keybox and were knocking on our door at the daytime and also at night! It scares children and adults. Signs on the building and instructions for those who use the other half of the building should be much clearer. Out of all the rooms there is no dedicated table as a workplace. Nowadays (2020-2021) it is essential.
