Designed for families and friends vacationing together, the property accommodates up to 12 guests in a spacious five-bedroom main residence and separate carriage-house guest studio. Expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a gourmet kitchen, central air conditioning, waterfront terraces, and beautifully appointed interiors create an ideal setting for relaxed summer days and memorable evenings with family and friends.
THE WATERFRONT
Step directly from the property onto your **private sandy beach** and enjoy sweeping views across Provincetown Bay toward Long Point, Provincetown, and the Truro cliffs.
The waterfront setting is remarkable throughout the day—from quiet mornings overlooking the bay to beautiful evening light across the water. Extensive windows throughout the house keep the water and views at the center of the experience.
THE HEATED SALTWATER POOL
The private **heated saltwater pool** and surrounding stone terrace provide another wonderful place to spend the day without ever leaving home.
The pool is heated seasonally, generally from Memorial Day through October 1.
With the beach and bay just beyond, guests can move effortlessly between swimming in the pool, relaxing on the terrace, and enjoying the waterfront.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The five-bedroom main residence is thoughtfully designed for groups vacationing together while providing plenty of private space.
Three bedrooms are **king suites with private baths**. A water-facing queen bedroom shares a bath with an additional bedroom furnished with two twin beds.
The open floor plan connects the gourmet kitchen, dining and living areas with the outdoor deck and waterfront, making it easy for everyone to gather while cooking, dining or simply enjoying the view.
Beautiful furnishings, quality craftsmanship and carefully selected fixtures are found throughout the house. The home is fully air-conditioned, and all linens are supplied.
An upright piano adds a particularly charming touch—and has inspired more than a few memorable sing-alongs after a day at the beach or an evening in Provincetown.
THE PRIVATE CARRIAGE-HOUSE STUDIO
Located above the separate drive-through carriage house, the private guest studio provides additional space and privacy within the property.
The studio includes **two twin beds, a private bathroom and kitchenette**, making it especially convenient for older children, adult family members, a nanny, or guests who appreciate having a space of their own.
The carriage-house studio is available from April through October.
