About this condo rental
Located in Redington Shores, this lovely condo for $292 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. WE ARE NEW TO VRBO AS OF NOVEMBER, 2018. WE JUST PURCHASED THE UNIT IN AUGUST AND THEN WE SPENT 3 MONTHS REMODELING AND REFURNISHING THE WHOLE PLACE. WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THE UNIT AND THE BEACH FRONT LOCATION OF THE BUILDING. OUR FEEDBACK HAS BEEN WONDERFUL SO FAR. FEEL FREE TO ASK US ANY QUESTIONS. The condo is one of the more quiet units in the building as there are no units to either side or below us. Our unit has just been remodeled. It's a 3 bedroom-2 bathroom condominium on Indian Shores Beach and has all the amenities you need for your beautiful beach front vacation. At over 1400 SQ FT, our condo has plenty of room to sleep up to 8 people. We have recently purchased the unit and have modernized the finishes and furnishings to give the condo a much more open, lighter, "beachy" feel. The renovations include all new "wood look" tile throughout, fresh paint, new baseboards, new beds and bedroom furnishings, new walk-in shower, and an updated kitchen with granite counters. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove, and all the tools you need for any meal at home. There are flat screen TVs mounted on the wall in all 3 bedrooms and a 57 in. flat screen in the living room. There is free Wi-Fi available and a telephone with free local calling. There are 3 bedrooms in this unit, with 1 king in the master, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms have double sink vanities and brand new LED lighting. The 2nd bathroom has been completely re-done and includes a beautiful walk-in shower. There is a full size washer and dryer in this unit, and an iron with ironing board. The amenities of the Sand Dollar resort include a large heated private pool and a 16 person Jacuzzi area (both of which are salt water so there is no chlorine) , 5 charcoal grills, a private fishing pier, free parking for 2 cars /unit, poolside bathrooms, and outdoor showers. There are many local restaurants nearby, as well as the beautiful John's Pass area just 5 miles down the road. We look forward to you coming to our Indian Shores getaway and taking advantage of the beautiful, white, sandy beaches and the beautiful Florida weather.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our 5 children (14,12,10,7,4) for 8 nights. We will be back! The condo was even better than the pictures. Had everything I needed to cook. The girls at the desk were very helpful. The beach was amazing. Powder white sand. Dealing with Russ was a gift. Hes amazing. Couldnt have ask for a better trip.

Nice place, the girls in the office were very helpful. Loved that there was a pier. The only complaint is there could've been a few more bath towels stocked, although we could have spent time going down to get some, but we were here to relax.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely updated, with easy access to the pool, beach and pier. We particularly enjoyed having beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. The hosts were very responsive in our communication and we appreciated the update on the property after hurricane Idalia passed by just prior to our arrival.

My sister and I rented this condo last year. When my family decided to take a vacation together my only thought was lets rent this one again. It is a great size so you do not feel cramped. This was the first stay for the rest of the family, and they had a wonderful time. I like that it is on the beach and has a pool. Even though we had to evacuate for the hurricane, we were excited to be able to go back in a couple of days. It felt like going home. I will continue to book this condo every time I come to Florida.

I had an amazing stay. Location was super close to plenty of things to do. Right on the beach with access to pool and pier. Check in was super easy and didn’t have a problem with any other guests. Super quiet and family friendly.

The apartment looked better than the pictures! It was huge and extremely comfortable. My family was 3 adults and 5 teenagers, and we had plenty space. The hosts promptly answered our questions. We would definitely stay again!

My family loved this property. It is right on the beach and has a heated pool! There are pool towels and other sand toys you can take to the beach. My only suggestions is to maybe replace the sliding door to the balcony. It’s hard to open from the balcony because there’s no handle. Ceiling fans in bedroom might need updating. It was hard to pull the strings to adjust the fan speed. But these are minor things and we would definitely stay here again!!!

The unit was ideally located with easy access to the beach and trolley to local shopping and dining. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, towels and other accessories for the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a two year old and 2 month old with us and the set up was good since we had a pack and play that fit in a walk in closet so the baby would have quiet space.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room in the condo for my husband, myself, and our four children. I was worried about checking in due to the fact we were getting in very late. But, the late check-in was a breeze and completing our registration the next morning was easy - the ladies at the front desk are delightful and very helpful! The pool and beach were an easy walk down the stairs and we loved exploring the pier and watching the sunset. Thanks for having such a great place for our family to enjoy spring break!

The condo is situated a floor up from the pool and right off of a beautiful beach. We loved playing in the sand and spending time in the comfortable condo. Our family of 6 adults and two baby/toddlers had ample space to hang out in the evening. They even had a travel crib available for use. Tons of play toys and beach chairs, too. Hope we can get back sometime. Thanks for a great stay!

Our unit over all was very nice. It was lacking in cups, and sliverware. It was roomy, and comfortable. The keys were awful, often we would send one of us to go up with the elevator and come back down to open the door. The pool and hot tub were full of sand. Still over all we love our time there.

We stayed here with family for a wedding in the area and my husband is disabled and used a portable wheel chair. There were no issues with him maneuvering in the condo and it was a great location. Looking forward to coming back for some more leisure time.

This is an incredible location and area. An absolutely perfect getaway home for 1 to up to 8 or more guests. Comfortable and very roomy with everything you could want or need. The private pool and private pier with gated beach access are literally your backyard. Anything you need for food, drinks, goods and entertainment is no more than 1-10 miles away. Russ is an excellent host and my family and I had an outstanding experience.

The property was all you could ask for and the owners were very responsive and helpful. Only issue with the condo was our cable and internet went out the third day which normally wouldn't be a problem but the younger kids got bored at night. Beautifully updated and well furnished. As far as the staff, there is one older lady at the front desk who is nice as can be until something gets questioned and then she gets an attitude. We were delayed by the laundry truck blocking our car during checkout and we're about a half hour late getting the keys turned in so she called the condo phone and was rather rude about it. I also questioned the wrist bands (they call them wrist tags) because we were missing one and charged me $20 for it and I'm sure it only costs around $5 or less to make. Overall though the condo and amenities are excellent but the staff on site needs to chill.

We are a sibling group that was looking to have beach and pool time and Sand Dollar #112 delivered. The condo was comfortable and met our needs. The property was clean and there were plenty of restaurants within an easy drive. Would definitely stay again. The office staff were fantastic and the owner of our condo was also fantastic and very accommodating to some special needs we had.

The until was even bigger than the pictures show! Clean and well stocked! From pool to beach you are set! My only complaint (if I had to complain) would be the elevator is extremely slow/not operational all of the time. The steps worked for my family though, so no trouble for us! I will stay again!

A detail to improve: painting in the doors and columns of the balcony and main door.
Rated 4 in cleanliness because the sliding doors and beach seats had sand . The rooms and kitchen impeccable.
The building needs to improve the stairs ventilation and the ultra slow elevator and also improve the luggage cart maintenance ( flat tire when we arrive) .

Great family beach vacation!
Renovated and clean property -- easy access on the 1st Floor to the pool and beach. No direct beach view except around the side of the balcony, however the unit was very comfortable for our family and included all of the necessities -- towels, toys, umbrellas, chairs, coolers -- to really enjoy hours on the beach!

The location was very good. The beach was great. I only wish that it allowed others to be on the beach besides the people renting the units. I have family in the area and we had to travel to another beach to spend time together. The master key stopped working 3 days into our stay, and the issue was never fixed which inconvenienced us because we had to wait on the only elevator they had. The closest door fell off when we went to open it, but it was fixed promptly. The toilet seats were falling off and their was toilet clean around the area where the seats connect. We were able to fix those, the screws on the seats were loose. The queen size beds were not comfortable. The king size beds were okay. There were not enough bath towels, we were having to wash them every other day. The people in the office more or less blew us off when we told them about the lock on the door to the stairs. A lot of people were complaining about it. People were just sticking stuff in the door to prop it open because the issue was not getting resolved. If these issues did not exist the stay would have been perfect.
