About this condo rental
Located in Hampton, this lovely condo for $109 per night is a great choice for your next break. Stay where the locals play - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand. This studio is about 350 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own air mattress. Please indicate how many guests will be staying. This is a Pet-Friendly building. About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door. The apartment comes with a Toaster Oven Broiler with Convection and an Electric Double Cast-Iron Burner. As there is not a full kitchen in this apartment, this will take care of your cooking needs when you need to bake, broil, or heat anything on the stove-top. The apartment comes with all of your toiletry needs except for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We are no longer providing these items due to the high volume of theft of these 3 items. Disclaimer: This is not a Sheraton Hotel. You will not be getting fresh clean towels every day. We can only provide a certain amount of towels for your stay based on how long you are staying. You will have to hang your towels up to dry and reuse them for a couple of nights for showering. We don’t have the water capacity or the washing machine capacity to provide new towels every single day. We do not provide beach towels. There is only room for parking for 1 car per unit. This is a building with 6 studios in it. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This is a low price, great place to stay that is right across the street from the beach at an affordable price. The reason that it is affordable is because there are no amenities that a high-end hotel has. If you are expecting room service and a maid to clean the rooms every day I suggest staying at the Ashworth Hotel down the street for $300/night.

Exactly as described/pictures. Right across from the beach. Very clean. Walls were thin so we could occasionally hear other occupants but the host provided complimentary ear plugs. We did not need them. Pet friendly so keep in mind if you have pet allergies. Overall a great place to stay very clean and close to restaurants/attractions.

Very small space. The listing says room for an air mattress so you can sleep 4 people but I would consider that a stretch. 2 adults and 2 kids in this space was so incredibly cramped. The air conditioner also did not work which was a major letdown. It kept turning on and off constantly and wouldn't let you change modes. I was concerned about a fire so had to unplug it. 4 people in this hot stuffy room... we slept horribly. The only awesome thing about this room for us was the close proximity to the beach. For the price we paid for one night we definitely won't be back. One hundred fifty a night for seafood fest weekend was fine, but after all of the vrbo fees I paid double that for a tiny, hot room that was not big enough for our family of 4.

It was small but right across the street from North Beach. Relatively quiet & pleasant. Just what we needed for a quick end of summer overnight getaway- with a beach! Perhaps a little pricey but it was Labor Day weekend.

The location was perfect and a quick easy walk to a beautiful beach. I didn’t realize this was a motel when we booked it, its the ocean edge motel. The space itself wasn’t great and not sure it’s worth the price. Definitely outdated but has a good bed. The air conditioning didn’t work and the outlets kept tripping off and on all day/ night. For one night it was fine, but not sure I’d spend more than that

We had a very nice weekend visit. It was a major plus being able to take our dog. Price was extremely reasonable. Right across the beach so it was nice walking in the morning. The parking was tight but we knew that to begin with. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed staying here. Our room was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Parking was a little tight but other than that we really enjoyed it. It was wonderful to be able to walk across the street and be on the beach. We would definitely return.

Right where we wanted to be. Super easy to get to the beach, and quiet as can be. For those of us who enjoy a low key vacation, it was great. The place could use a few updates, but otherwise had everything we needed.

Very clean and well maintained. It was right across from the ocean. Sat on porch and smelled the fresh ocean air. Would recommend it to everyone I know.

This was a perfect little place which included a kitchenette across from

It was very convenient for my boyfriend and I to be able to walk over to the other side of the street and have the beach there, then to have the boardwalk just 5 minute drive away. Overall a nice weekend trip!

The facility itself is made up of 6 connected rental units, each is a one-room efficiency about 15 x 20 sq feet. It is very dog friendly, and almost everybody has a dog as a renter. Mostly this was no problem other than the owners who think they don't have to clean up after their dogs and a few who think having dogs off the leash is “cool”. The rental units are worn at best but serve the purpose if you want to be near the beach and bring your dogs.
