About this condo rental
Located in Hampton, this charming condo for $109 per night is a great choice for your next trip. *This is a studio - not a 1 bedroom* This studio is about 300 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress. Please indicate how many guests will be staying This is a Pet-Friendly building with a pet fee. About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door. The apartment comes with a Toaster Oven Broiler with Convection and an Electric Double Cast-Iron Burner. As there is not a full kitchen in this apartment, this will take care of your cooking needs when you need to bake, broil, or heat anything on the stove-top. The apartment comes with all of your toiletry needs except for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We are no longer providing these items due to the high volume of theft of these 3 items. *****Disclaimer: This is not a Sheraton Hotel. You will not be getting fresh clean towels every day. We can only provide a certain amount of towels for your stay based on how long you are staying. You will have to hang your towels up to dry and reuse them for a couple of nights for showering. We don’t have the water capacity or the washing machine capacity to provide new towels every single day. We do not provide beach towels. There is only room for parking for 1 car per unit. This is a building with 6 studios in it. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This is a low price, great place to stay that is right across the street from the beach at an affordable price. The reason that it is affordable is because there are no amenities that a high-end hotel has. If you are expecting room service and a maid to clean the rooms every day I suggest staying at the Ashworth Hotel down the street for $300/night.*****

Loved being home after being in N Carolina. Seeing the ocean and walking the wall for breakfast with the kids at KB's Bagels. Our accommodations were casual beach, which I expected, but I was surprised it wasn't cleaner and quieter being on North Beach vs Hampton Beach proper. The gross of earplugs and the owner's note on the night stand said it all and we only stayed one of the two nights booked. We got what we paid for, that beautiful ocean view, a great bagel, the sea air in my lungs and being home.

The studio apartment was acceptable, but the other attached rooms were extremely loud. Sleep was difficult due to other's noise. We ended up cutting our stay short.

Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.

Our stay at the Oceanside Studio was great!! It was clean upon arrival and check in was quick. It was all my partner and I needed to sleep, make breakfast and lunch, and walk to the beach. The ocean is literally right across the street which was so convenient because we didn’t have to pay for parking. The Hampton strip was an 8 minute car ride as well which isn’t bad. Overall great experience and definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

This was my 1st solo trip anywhere, also 1st time to hampton beach. This place is conveniently right across road from beach. The owner tyler was amazing! Checked in daily if anything was needed. I felt very safe there being a single women. I will most definitely be making this place my yearly solo retreat.

Property as advertised... studio clean, bed comfy, plenty of towels and a good shower. A couple of extra perks I didn't expect in the kitchenette: ground coffee, sugar, foil (left from previous renters or the owner?)... a nice surprise. Only suggestions for improvement: there was no shade or curtain for bathroom window (I used a towel instead) and the fan/ac unit could use a paint refresh.
Easy access to ocean across the street. Quiet, safe neighborhood. I had the first unit closest to the road and with the fan running I had no concerns about traffic noise. Would definitely stay there again.

This small rustic studio has a killer location on the very North end of Hampton Beach. Great beach and tide pool access with no crowds. Even in winter waking and walking the flogs up across the beach was beautiful and special - and not being stuck in the center of Hampton beach - which can be crazy, is a great thing. Absolutely would return!

This place is kinda small and could probably use some upgrades, but for the price and location, right across from the beach, you can’t go wrong if you’re just there for a couple days and not spending much time in the room.
