About this apartment rental
Discover luxury and comfort in this stunning 3 bedroom, 3 full bathroom condo located in the highly sought-after Windswept community within The Peninsula. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious residence can accommodate up to eight guests and offers the convenience of being a 1st-floor unit. Three bedrooms - 2 of which have full baths offer accommodations for 6. The owner has also included two twin air mattresses to sleep an additional two people. View of the sixth green and fairway. This unit is located close to the walking trails and offers quiet and privacy! The screened porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to the birds and enjoy that morning cup of coffee. All Windswept buildings have elevators and are within walking distance to the the Lakeside Village where all of the amenities are located - indoor/outdoor pool, wave pool, restaurant, fitness center, spa, tennis, and golf.
Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.
All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.
Pets are not permitted at this property. 2 car maximum per Peninsula Rules.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

Love the layout, but could use some improvements. I recommend the following: (1) adding a full length mirror; (2) replacing the ottomans at the kitchen table with chairs with backs; (3) adding TVs to the 2 other bedrooms; and (4) cleaning or replacing the carpets as they are stained and do not look clean.

This is a perfect location and size for a family or a couple. Clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change are the plastic serving utensils. I would definitely rent here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Clean, spacious condo inside a beautiful resort. The resort facilities were lovely and my family enjoyed the wave pool and kids areas. A few things to note...First, the condo has kitchen essentials, but no chefs/cooking knives, serving dishes, or storage containers, you will want to bring your own. The resort is also understaffed currently--so the gym/fitness center does not open until 1000. We enjoyed our dinner at the Club House, but be sure to make your reservations when you get there--they are closed to members only Thurs - Sat...same with golf. If you want a tee time, be sure and call a week or so out, they have a number of member only days/tee times. Overall, highly recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was everything we’d want as a family; close to golf, the pool, athletic club, my family and only like a 20 minute ride to the beach. Our family would without question rent this property again.
